ADJUSTMENT
1. ADJUST DOOR IN FORWARD/REARWARD AND VER-
TICAL DIRECTIONS
(a) Remove the front door scuff plate.
(b) Remove the center pillar lower garnish.
(c) Remove the front seat belt floor anchor.
(d) Remove the front seat belt retractor.
(See page BO-128)
(e) Remove the side airbag sensor assembly.
(See page RS-78)
(f) Loosen the body side hinge nuts to adjust.
Torque: 25 N´m (260 kgf´cm, 19 ft´lbf)
(g) Reinstall the side airbag sensor assembly.
(See page RS-81)
Torque:
(h) Reinstall the front seat belt retractor.
(See page BO-137)
Torque:
Upper bolt: 7.5 N´m (76 kgf´cm, 66 in.´lbf)
Lower bolt: 41 N´m (420 kgf´cm, 30 ft´lbf)
(i) Reinstall the front seat belt floor anchor.
Torque: 41 N´m (420 kgf´cm, 30 ft´lbf)
(j) Reinstall the center pillar lower garnish and front door
scuff plate.
2. ADJUST DOOR IN LEFT/RIGHT AND VERTICAL
DIRECTIONS
Loosen the door side hinge bolts to adjust.
Torque: 25 N´m (260 kgf´cm, 19 ft´lbf)
