FUNCTION

The
SRS
airbag
is
provided
asan
auxiliary
driver
and
passenger
front
seat
restraint
system
to
be

used
in
combination
with
the
seat
belt
.
When
an
impact
greater
than
a
set
level
is
applied
to
the

front
of
the
vehicle,
the
sensor
senses
it
and
generates
an
electrical
pulse
to
inflate
the
bag
in
the
airbag
module,
thuspreventing
the
upper
bodies
of
the
driver
and
passenger
in
the
front
seat
from

impacting
the
steering
wheel,instrument
panel
and
windshield
.

back
off

wheels

set

and
center
roll
connector
.

Install
steering
wheel
in
neutral
position
.
Carefully

insert
roll

pin

steering
wheel

:

If
steering
wheel
angle
requires
fine
adjustment,
adjust

tie-rod

4. Intake Manifold
A: REMOVAL
1) Release fuel pressure.
2) Disconnect connector from mass air flow sensor.
3) Remove air intake duct, air cleaner upper cover and air
cleaner element.

solenoid valve.

7) Remove power steering pump from bracket.
(1) Loosen lock bolt and slider bolt, and remove front
side V-belt.

from bracket.
