20 seconds have passed.

If “UNLOCK” is pressed twice, all doors will unlock. All doors will lock
when “DOOR” is pressed. The trunk will unlock
when the opened trunk -
symbol is pressed.
The Keyless Entry System allows a transmitter to be matched to as many
different vehicles as you own with this system. Each vehicle can
have only
two transmitters matched to it.
P-
The transmitter will arm the Theft Deterrent System whenever the doors
are closed and
you push the DOOR button. It will disarm the system
when you push the UNLOCK button.

(OPTION)
If your Cadillac has
this option, it has a
theft deterrent alarm
system. With this
system, tht “SECURITY” light

This light reminds you to arm the theft deterrent system. Here’s how to
do it:
1. Opcn the door.
2. Lock the door with the power door lock switch or Keyless Entry
System. The “SECURITY” light should come on and stay on.
3. Close all doors. The “SECURITY” light should go off.

the alarm
will go off. It will also go off if a door lock or the trunk lock is
damaged. Your vehicle’s lights will flash and the horn will sound for 3
minutes, then will go off to save battery power. And, your vehicle will not
start.
Remember, the theft deterrent system won’t arm
if you lock the doors

switch or Keyless Entry System.
