Yo u could lose control of theve hicle in partic-
ular in thefo llowing situations:
R Ifyo u adjust the driver's seat, the head
re straints, the steering wheel or the mir ror
while theve hicle is in motion.
R Ifyo ufa sten your seat belt while theve hi-
cle is in motion. #
Before starting the engine: adjust the
driver's seat, head restraints, stee ring
wheel and mir ror in particular and fasten
yo ur seat belt. &

e head and neck area, e.g. in theev ent of an
accident or sudden braking. #

head restraint supports the back of the
head at about eye le vel. Ad

Fold down the head restraint co mplete ly.
The centre head restraint has a usage position
and a non-usa geposition. The usage position is
th e upright position in which the head restraint is
lo ck ed; the non-usage position is the position in
which the head restraint is folded down wards. When
the centre seat is used, the head restraint
must be in the upright, loc ked usage position.
