Cruise
Control
with Stop&Go
function
ACC
Principle
This
system
allows
you
to
set
a
desired
speed and
a
desired
distance
from
the
vehicle
in
front,using
the
buttons
on
the
steering
wheel.
When
the
road
ahead
is
clear,
the
system
mainj
tains
the
desired
speed.
The
vehicle
accelerates
or
brakes
automatically.
If
there
is
a
vehicle
driving
in
front,
the
system adapts
the
speed
of
your
vehicle
in
order
to
maintain
the
set
distance
from
the
vehicle
ahead. The
speed
is
adapted
as
far
as
the
given
situajtion
allows.
General
Characteristics
of
Cruise
Control
may
change
in
certain
areas
depending
on
vehicle
setting.
The
distance
can
be
set
in
several
stages
and
forsafety
reasons
is
dependent
on
the
respectivespeed.
If
the
vehicle
ahead
brakes
to
a
standstill
and sets
off
again
shortly
afterwards,
the
system
is able
to
recognise
this
as
far
as
the
given
condijtions
allow.
