light]While holding down the tab (G), pull out the bulb assembly (H).
5. To install the bulb, perform the removal steps in reverse.

halogen light bulb can
cause it to shatter.
Never hold the halogen
light bulb with a bare
hand, dirty glove, etc. The oil from your hand could cause the bulb to break the next time the fog lights are used.If the glass surface is dirty, clean it with alcohol and let it dry completely before installing the bulb.

2. Remove the screws (A) that hold the light unit and remove the light unit. 3. Move the light unit toward the rear of the vehicle and remove the pins (B) of the light unit from the vehicle.
4. Turn the socket counterclockwise to remove it.
5. Pull the bulb out of the socket. 6. To install the bulb, perform the removal steps in reverse.

1. When removing the light unit (A), push it toward the left side
of the vehicle body.
2. Use a flat blade screwdriver into the tab (B) and pry gently to remove the lens. 3. Pull the bulb out of the socket.
4. To install the bulb, perform the removal steps in reverse.

Small cracks and scratches in the paint coatshould be touched up as soon as possible with touch-up paint to prevent corrosion. Check body areas facing the road or the tires carefully for damage to the paint caused by flying stones, etc. The
paint code number for
your vehicle can be found on the vehicle information code plate. Refer to “Vehicle information code plate” on page 11-2.

Use a sponge or chamois to clean these parts.If a vehicle wax sticks
to a gray or black
rough surface of the bumper, molding or lights, the surface may appear white in color. In this case, wipe it off using lukewarm waterand a soft cloth or chamois.

To prevent spots and corrosion of chromeparts, wash with water, dry thoroughly, andapply a nonabrasive automotive wax. If the chrome is severely damaged or pitted, use a commercially available chrome polish.

CAUTION Do not use a scrubbing brush or other rough scrubber as these may damage the plastic surface.
Do not use wax containing compounds (pol- ishing powder) which

tic surface. Do not let the plastic parts get soiled with gasoline, oil, brake fl
uids, greases, paint
thinner, and sulfuric
acid (battery electro-
lyte). These fluids, etc., may crack, stain or discolor the plastic parts.If any of these get on the plastic parts, wipe them up with a soft cloth or chamois and a mild solution of soap and water. Then rinsethem immediately with water.
