Automatic light control
When the automatic light control
function is activated and the engine is running, the system switches
between daytime running lights and headlights depending on the lighting
conditions.
To activate: 1. Switch on the ignition.
2. Turn light switch to 0 and return
to 7.

4. A double acoustic signal sounds for confirmation.
Repeat the operation to deactivate.
For reasons of safety, it is advisable
to have the automatic light control
function activated.
Daytime running lights Daytime running lights increase

The lights operate automatically
when the ignition is switched on.

During poor lighting conditions the

Switch off the ignition and turn off the relevant switch or close the doors.
Only hold a new bulb at the base. Do
not touch the bulb glass with bare
hands.
Use only the same bulb type for
replacement.
Headlights
Low beam and high beam1. Remove harness connector.
2. Remove rubber seal.
3. Release retaining clip and remove
bulb.
4. Renew bulb and install retaining clip ensuring that bulb is in correctorientation.
5. Install rubber seal and harness connector.
Sidelights1. Remove bulb holder from reflector
housing by rotating through 90°.
2. Renew bulb.
3. Install bulb holder in reflector housing.
Fog lights
Have bulbs replaced by a workshop.
