Limitations on your cellphone's capability.
The systemsays "Phone-book down-loaded" but mySYNC phone-book is empty oris missingcontacts.
If the missing contacts are stored on yourSIM card, try moving them to your cellphone's memory.
Remove any pictures or special ring tonesassociated with the missing contact.
You must switch on your cell phone andthe automatic phonebook downloadfeature on SYNC.
Check your cell phone's compatibility.This is a cell phone-dependent feature.
