12. Repeat the above steps to set the
next Memory position using the other
numbered Memory button or to link
another RKE transmitter to memory.
Memory Position Recall
NOTE: The vehicle must be in
PARK to recall memory positions.
If a recall is attempted when the
vehicle is not in PARK, a message
will be displayed in the EVIC.
To recall the memory settings for
driver one, press MEMORY button 1
on the driver's door or the UNLOCK
button on the RKE transmitter linked
to memory position 1.
To recall the memory setting for
driver two, press MEMORY button 2
on the driver's door or the UNLOCK
button on the RKE transmitter linked
to Memory Position 2.
A recall can be cancelled by pressing
any of the MEMORY buttons on the
driver's door during a recall (S, 1, or
2). When a recall is cancelled, the
driver's seat, driver's mirror, and thepedals stop moving. A delay of one
second will occur before another re-
call can be selected.
To Disable RKE Transmitter
Linked To Memory
1. Turn the ignition switch to the
OFF position and remove the key.
2. Press and release MEMORY but-
ton 1. The system will recall any
memory settings stored in position 1.
Wait for the system to complete the
memory recall before continuing to
Step 3.
3. Press and release the memory SET
(S) button located on the driver's
door. A chime will sound signaling
that you are in the memory set mode.
4. Within five seconds, press and re-
lease MEMORY button 1 on the driv-
er's door. A chime will sound signal-
ing to you that the driver memory has
been set.
5. Within five seconds, press and re-
lease the UNLOCK button on the
RKE transmitter. A chime will soundsignaling to you that the RKE trans-
mitter link has been successfully dis-
abled.
To disable another RKE transmitter
linked to either Memory Position, re-
peat Steps 1 to 5 for each RKE trans-
mitter.
NOTE: Once programmed, all
RKE transmitters linked to
memory can be easily enabled or
disabled at one time. Refer to
“Electronic Vehicle Information
Center (EVIC)/Customer-
Programmable Features" in “Un-
derstanding Your Instrument
Panel” for further information.
EASY ENTRY/EXIT SEAT
(Available With Memory
Seat Only)
This feature provides automatic
driver seat positioning to enhance
driver mobility when entering and ex-
iting the vehicle.
The distance the driver seat moves
depends on where you have the driver
seat positioned when you remove the
key from the ignition switch.

knob to the first detent to turn
the parking lights on. This also turns
on all instrument panel lighting.
HEADLIGHTS
Turn the headlight switch
knob to the second detent to
turn the headlights and
parking lights on. This also
turns on all instrument panel lighting.
To change the brightness of the in-
strument panel lights, rotate the dim-
mer control up or down.
AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS
(for versions/markets,
where provided)
This system automatically turns your
headlights on or off based on ambient
light levels. To turn the system on,
turn the headlight switch to the ex-
treme counterclockwise position
aligning the indicator with AUTO on the headlight switch. When the sys-
tem is on, the Headlight Time Delay
feature is also on. This means your
headlights will stay on for up to 90
seconds after you turn the ignition
switch OFF. To turn the Automatic
System off, turn the headlight switch
clockwise to the O (Off) position.
NOTE: The engine must be run-
ning before the headlights will
come on in the Automatic mode.
HEADLIGHTS ON WITH
WIPERS (for versions/
markets, where provided)
When your headlights are in the Au-
tomatic mode and the engine is run-
ning, the headlights will automati-
cally turn on when the wiper system is
also turned on. In addition, the head-
lights will turn off when the wipers are
turned off if they were turned on by
this feature. Headlights on when
windshield wipers are on may be
found on vehicles equipped with an
automatic headlight system. Refer to
“Electronic Vehicle Information Cen-
ter (EVIC)/Customer-ProgrammableFeatures” in “Understanding Your In-
strument Panel” for further informa-
tion.
HEADLIGHT DELAY (for
versions/markets, where
provided)
This feature provides the safety of
headlight illumination for up to 90
seconds after exiting your vehicle.
To activate the delay feature, turn
OFF the ignition switch while the
headlights are still on. Then turn off
the headlights within 45 seconds. The
90 second delay interval begins when
headlight switch is turned off. If the
headlights or parking lights are
turned back on or the ignition switch
is turned ON, the delay will be can-
celled.
When exiting the vehicle the driver
can choose to have the headlights re-
main on for 30, 60, or 90 seconds or
not remain on. To change the timer
setting, see your authorized dealer.
The headlight delay time is program-
mable on vehicles equipped with an124

PARKVIEW® REAR
BACK UP CAMERA (for
versions/markets, where
provided)
Your vehicle may be equipped with
the ParkView® Rear Back Up Cam-
era that allows you to see an on-screen
image of the rear surroundings of
your vehicle whenever the shift lever
is put into REVERSE. The image will
be displayed on the Navigation/Multimedia radio display screen along
with a caution note to “check entire
surroundings” across the top of the
screen. After five seconds this note
will disappear. The ParkView® cam-
era is located on the rear of the vehicle
above the rear License plate.
When the vehicle is shifted out of RE-
VERSE, the rear camera mode is ex-
ited and the navigation or audio
screen appears again.
When displayed, static grid lines will
illustrate the width of the vehicle
while a dashed center-line will indi-
cate the center of the vehicle to assist
with aligning to a hitch/receiver. The
static grid lines will show separate
zones that will help indicate the dis-
tance to the rear of the vehicle. The
following table shows the approxi-
mate distances for each zone:Zone

FRONT OVERHEAD
CONSOLE
Two versions of the overhead console
are available. The base front overhead
console model featured fixed incan-
descent courtesy/reading lights, flip-
down sunglass storage and conversa-
tion mirror. The premium front
overhead console model features a
LED focused light that illuminates
the instrument panel cupholders, two
swiveling LED lights, flip-down sun-
glass storage, conversation mirror,optional power sliding door switches
and an optional power liftgate switch.
NOTE: Premium sunroof console
models include all of above except
sunglass storage.
COURTESY/INTERIOR
LIGHTING
At the forward end of the console are
two courtesy lights (standard dome
light has two buttons). The lights turn
on when a front door, a sliding door or
the liftgate is opened. If your vehicle is
equipped with Remote Keyless Entry
(RKE) the lights will also turn on
when the UNLOCK button on the
RKE transmitter is pressed.

The courtesy lights also function as
reading lights. Press in on each lens to
turn these lights on while inside the
vehicle. Press the lens a second time to
turn each light off. You may adjust the
direction of these lights by pressing
the outside ring, which is identified
with four directional arrows.
REAR OVERHEAD
CONSOLES (for
versions/markets, where
provided)
The rear overhead storage system is
available in two versions: with or
without sunroof.An additional LED at the front of the
rear console shines down on the front
foot-well area while in courtesy mode,
for added convenience.
Rear Console Halo Lighting
The rear overhead console has recessed
halo lighting around the perimeter of
the console base. This feature provides
additional lighting options while trav-
eling and is controlled by the headlight
switch. Refer to “Lights/Halo Lights
(for versions/markets, where pro-
vided)” in “Understanding The Fea-
tures Of Your Vehicle” for further infor-
mation.

WARNING!
Never leave children in a vehicle
with the key in the ignition switch.
Occupants, particularly unat-
tended children, can become en-
trapped by the power sunroof
while operating the power sunroof
switch. Such entrapment may re-
sult in serious injury or death. In a collision, there is greater riskof being thrown from a vehicle
with an open sunroof. You could
also be seriously injured or killed.
Always fasten your seat belt
properly and make sure all pas-
sengers are properly secured.
 Do not allow small children to
operate the sunroof. Never allow
your fingers, other body parts, or
any object, to project through the
sunroof opening. Injury may re-
sult.
OPENING SUNROOF —
EXPRESS
Press the switch rearward and release
it within one-half second and the sun-
roof will open automatically from any
position. The sunroof will open fully and stop automatically. This is called
“Express Open”. During Express
Open operation, any movement of the
sunroof switch will stop the sunroof.
OPENING THE SUNROOF
— MANUAL MODE
To open the sunroof, press and hold
the switch rearward to full open. Any
release of the switch will stop the
movement and the sunroof will re-
main in a partially opened condition
until the switch is pushed and held
rearward again.
CLOSING SUNROOF —
EXPRESS
Press the switch forward and release it
within one-half second, and the sun-
roof will close automatically from any
position. The sunroof will close fully
and then stop automatically. This is
called “Express Close”. During Ex-
press Close operation, any movement
of the sunroof switch will stop the
sunroof.
CLOSING SUNROOF —
MANUAL MODE
To close the sunroof, press and hold
the switch in the forward position.
Any release of the switch will stop the
movement and the sunroof will re-
main in a partially closed condition
until the switch is pushed and held
forward again.
PINCH PROTECT FEATURE
This feature will detect an obstruction
in the opening of the sunroof during
Express Close operation. If an ob-
struction in the path of the sunroof is
detected, the sunroof will automati-
cally retract. Remove the obstruction
if this occurs. Next, press the switch
forward and release to Express Close.
NOTE: If three consecutive sun-
roof close attempts result in Pinch
Protect reversals, the fourth close
attempt will be a Manual Close
movement with Pinch Protect dis-
abled.

The power inverter switch is located
on the instrument panel below the
climate controls.
To turn on the power outlet, press the
switch once. Press the switch a second
time to turn the power outlet off.
This outlet can power cellular phones,
electronics and other low power de-
vices requiring power up to 150
Watts. Certain high-end video games,
such as Playstation3 and XBox360
will exceed this power limit, as will
most power tools.The power inverter is designed with
built-in overload protection. If the
power rating of 150 Watts is exceeded,
the power inverter will automatically
shut down. Once the electrical device
has been removed from the outlet the
inverter should automatically reset. If
the power rating exceeds approxi-
mately 170 Watts, the power inverter
may have to be reset manually. To
reset the inverter manually press the
power inverter button OFF and ON.
To avoid overloading the circuit,
check the power ratings on electrical
devices prior to using the inverter.
CUPHOLDERS
There are cupholders located
throughout the interior. All liners are
removable for cleaning. Pull the flex-
ible liner from the cupholder drawer
or tray starting at one edge for easy
removal. Refer to “Cleaning The In-
strument Panel Cupholders” in
“Maintaining Your Vehicle” for fur-
ther information.
INSTRUMENT PANEL
CUPHOLDERS
The instrument panel cupholders are
located in a pull-out drawer just
above the lower storage bin.
Pull the drawer out firmly until it
stops, and place the container to be
held in either one of the cupholderwells. The cupholders are designed to
accommodate a wide variety of con-
tainer types and sizes. Press down on
the container to engage the cupholder
retention features.
SUPER CONSOLE (for
versions/markets, where
provided)
On models equipped with the Super
Console, there are two cupholders lo-
cated in the center of the console.
For rear passengers two cupholders
are located in the pull-out drawer,
located in the back of the Super Con-
sole. Pull the drawer out to the first
position to use the cupholders.

PREMIUM CONSOLE

On models equipped with premium
center consoles, there are four cup-
holders located on the top of the con-
sole.INTERIOR BOTTLE
HOLDERS
There are four bottle holders located
in the interior. One bottle holder is
molded into each front interior door
trim panels, and one bottle holder is
molded into each side sliding interior
door trim panel. Each holder accom-
modates up to a 20 oz (0.6 L) plastic
bottle.
WARNING!
If containers of hot liquid are
placed in the bottle holder, they can
spill when the door is closed, burn-
ing the occupants. Be careful when
closing the doors to avoid injury.
Two outboard mesh pockets are on
intermediate seating. The mesh pock-
ets are flexible enough to hold juice
boxes, toys, games or MP3 players,
etc.
SMOKER'S PACKAGE KIT
(for versions/markets,
where provided)
With the optional authorized dealer-
installed Smoker's Package Kit, a re-
movable ash receiver is inserted into
one of the two cupholders in the cen-
ter front instrument panel. To install
the ash receiver, align the receiver so
the thumb grip on the lid is facing
rearward. Press the ash receiver into
either of the cup wells to secure. Pull
upward on the ash receiver to remove
for cleaning and/or storage.
The left rear trim panel cupholder is
designed to accommodate a second
ash receiver, if desired.
