If e ngine oil of the required quality is not
av ailable, a max imum of 1 litre of AC EA
A3/B4 or A3/B3 grade ma y be used (only

viscosity should be of the correct rating.

Use of ACEA A1/B1 and A5/B5 engine oil is
expressly forbidden, since they can cause
long-term e ngine da mage und er ce rtain
ope ra ting conditions.
Engine oil additives
The use of engine oil additives could cause
dam age and invalidate the warranty.

SAE 0W-30, 0W-40, 5W-30 or 5W-40
The SAE vis cosity rating defines the ability
of an oil to flow. W he n cold, oil is more
viscous than when hot.
Multigrad e oil is indicated by two figure s.
The first figure, followe d b y a W, ind ic ates
l ow t em p er a t u r e v i sco s i t y a n d t h e se co n d
figure the high te mpera ture vis cosity.
Coolant and antifreeze
Use antifreeze of recommended
spe cification: silicate -free LL C (L ong L ife
Coolant).
The s ys te m is factory-filled with coola nt
designed for frost protection down to
approx. -2 8 °C . This conce ntration s hould
be m ainta ine d all y ear-round.
