Porsche Ceramic Composite
Brake (PCCB)
PCCB discs are made from a
carbon-fibre reinforced ceramic
compound. Considerably harder
than standard brake discs, they
also of fer higher temperature
resistance.
With six-piston monobloc aluminium
calipers at the front and four-piston
units at the rear, PCCB provides
extremely high and consistent levels of friction under braking. The deci
-
sive advantage of PCCB is its total
weight saving over comparable
standard brake discs of approxi -
mately
50 %.
As well as enhancing performance
and fuel economy, this huge reduc -
tion in both unsprung and rotational
masses of fers major benefits in
terms of comfort and road-holding,
especially on poor road surfaces.

911 Targa 4S and 911 Turbo

Sports exhaust system
The t ypical Porsche sound –
power ful, robust, sport y. Bet ter
still, it can be further enhanced
using this sports exhaust system.
The sound varies with driving
behaviour, ranging from a robust
output during normal road driving

tone during performance use.
The package also includes
specially designed tailpipes as

Sports tailpipes
These stainless steel, nanocoated
tailpipes give the rear of your 911
a more powerful look. The nano -
coating makes them easier to clean
and provides a striking effect.
Short shifter
This short-throw mechanism pro -
vides a faster, sportier gearshif t
action and a more dynamic sports -
car experience. Compatible with
all gear lever options.

age for the 911 Carrera and

ing performance during intensive
track use in high temperatures.
Fuel filler cap with Aluminium Look finish
Sports bucket seats
With integrated thorax airbag, man -
ual fore/af t adjustment and folding
backrest. The backrest shell is
made from plastic reinforced with
glass- and carbon-fibre, with a styl -
ish carbon-weave finish.
Available
in black leather with embossed
Porsche Crest on the headrest, or
in black flame-resistant material.
Child seats must not be used with
the sports bucket seats.
Pan Americana roll-over bar
High - qualit y roll - over system in
satin -finish stainless steel, of fering
greater occupant safet y. Installs
behind front seats.

Requires removal of rear seats and

A stunning twin tailpipe manufac -
tured from exceptionally lightweight
titanium. For a special motorsport

material. Used on the Carrera GT

two carbon ram-air collector intakes
have been optimised for low weight.
With increasing vehicle speed, they
force additional air into the engine
and engine compartment.

The spoiler lip on the rear wing is

Macassar wood
Macassar ebony is dark and
distinctive with a modern, elegant
look. The deep black heart wood
has reddish-brown lines and
a
dramatic, marble-like texture.
Since wood is a natural product,
there may be variations in colour
and grain.
Carbon
Carbon fibre is an extremely
light, yet highly robust material
used extensively in motorsport.
Its sporty look is the ideal

two gearshift paddles, the right-
hand paddle shifts up and the
left-hand paddle shifts down.

leather or Alcantara.
Padded Alcantara steering wheel
Alcantara – non-slip, robust and
easy to care for. This makes it the
ideal material for covering sports
and multifunction steering wheels
(excluding airbag module).

selector and handbrake lever
This package emphasises the close

inks that Porsche has with motorsport. It
includes a gear lever/ PDK gear

selector in black Alcantara with a
