the driver's soleresponsibility todetermine
the suitabili tyof the route. Off-roadroutes
may beofvarying conditions andtheir appropriateness
foruse may beaffected by
various factorssuchastime ofday, time of
year andimmediate weatherconditions that
cannot bejudged ortaken intoconsideration
by the COMAND system.

recorded onthe map.
These destinations areknown asoff-r oad
destinations, whichyoucan enter using the
map, forexample. Inthese cases, COMAND

differences betweenthedata onthe digital

In such cases, thesystem willtemporarily be

be inan off-road position.

the destination. Thedirection arrowshows
the compass headingtothe destination.
