FONCTION MAINS LIBRES AVEC RECONNAISSANCE VOCALE
La caractéristique principale de Blue&Me™est son système évolué de reconnaissance vocale même si votre portable en est dépourvu. Ce sys-
tème vous permet d’envoyer ou de recevoir des appels en toute sécurité et dans le plein respect du code de la route, soit en utilisant les com-
mandes vocales soit en utilisant les commandes sur le volant.
❒Blue&Me™accepte la plupart des portables dotés de la technologie Bluetooth®(pour plus d’informations, consulter la notice d’utilisation de
Blue&Me™).
❒On peut enregistrer jusqu’à 5 portables, Blue&Me™se connectera au dernier utilisé.
❒Le système de reconnaissance vocale est basé sur la technologie avancée Speech Indipendent (système de reconnaissance vocale avancé).
❒Le répertoire des contacts et la liste des derniers appels peuvent être téléchargés sur Blue&Me™.
❒On peut effectuer ce qui suit: composer un numéro vocalement, chiffre par chiffre, ou appeler un numéro mémorisé en prononçant le nom as-
socié; chercher un numéro dans le répertoire en le faisant defiler sur le tableau de bord de la voiture en utilisant les touches sur le volant.
❒Blue&Me™utilise la sonnerie sélectionnée sur votre portable (cette fonction dépend du portable connecté).
LECTEUR DE MESSAGES SMS (*)
Le lecteur de messages SMS de Blue&Me™permet la lecture automatique des messages entrant sur votre téléphone portable doté de la tech-
nologie Bluetooth®, en interprétant aussi les abréviations (par ex. “jtm” sera lu “je t’aime”) et symboles éventuels (ex. :-) sera lu “Sourire”) à
l’intérieur du texte du message.
Le lecteur de messages SMS de Blue&Me™vous permet de:
❒Etre informé, par un message d’avertissement sur l’affichage multifonction du tableau de bord, de l’arrivée d’un nouveau message SMS sur votre portable
doté de la technologie Bluetooth®, avec l’indication du numéro/nom de l’expéditeur. De plus, Blue&Me™vous proposera de lire le message pour vous❒Gérer la liste des messages SMS reçus sur votre portable connecté par Blue&Me™❒Relire les messages SMS déjà reçus et mémorisés❒Effectuer, par les commandes sur le volant ou les commandes vocales, un appel vocal vers l’expéditeur du message SMS reçu❒Effacer, par les commandes sur le volant ou les commandes vocales, chaque message SMS ou bien toute la liste des messages SMS reçus.
LECTEUR MEDIA
Le Lecteur Média de Blue&Me™vous permet d’écouter, à travers le système audio de votre voiture, la musique digitale mémorisée sur le dis-
positif USB portable. Le Lecteur Média vous offre les fonctions suivantes:
❒Lecture musique digitale: vous permet de reproduire tous vos fichiers sonores digitaux (.mp3, .wma, .wav), de lire une sélection personnalisée
(.m3u ou .wpl). Les fichiers ayant des extensions différentes ne sont pas acceptés (ex. .AAC).
❒Ecouter les fichiers sonores par catégorie: vous permet d’écouter tous les fichiers sonores appartenant à une certaine catégorie, comme Al-
bum, Artiste ou Genre.
❒Fonctions pendant la lecture du morceau: les fonctions pendant la lecture musicale des morceaux sont stop, play, morceau suivant, morceau pré-
cédent, lecture aléatoire et répétition morceau.
Pour utiliser le Lecteur Média, il suffit de connecter votre dispositif portable au port USB de la voiture. Quand vous aurez sélectionné ce que vous
souhaitez écouter, Blue&Me™le lira en utilisant le système audio de votre voiture.

HANDS-FREE FUNCTIONALITY WITH VOICE RECOGNITIONThe basic characteristic of Blue&Me™is its high-level of voice recognition system even when the mobile device does not feature this capa-
bility. This system enables you to make or receive phone calls in a safe and secure way, as required by current law regulation, using either voice
commands or steering wheel buttons.
❒Blue&Me™supports most of the mobile phones equipped with the Bluetooth®wireless technology (for further details, see the
Blue&Me™User Manual).
❒Up to 5 mobile phones can be paired/registered, in case of contemporary presence in the car, Blue&Me™will use the most used as default.
❒Voice recognition uses advanced Speech Independent technology (advanced speech recognition system).
❒The personal phone book, last calls included, can be completely downloaded to Blue&Me™.
❒It is possible to do the following: contact calling by voice and Digit dialling by voice - a phone number can be dialled by speaking the digits or call-
ing a contact present in the phonebook; browsing the phonebook, displayed on the dashboard, both by voice or by steering wheel commands.
❒Blue&Me™uses the mobile phone ring tone (it depends from the mobile phone connected).
MESSAGE READER (*)
The Blue&Me™message reader enables automatic reading, through the car sound system, of the SMS texts you receive on your Bluetooth®
wireless technology mobile phone. The message reader will also interpret any abbreviation (e.g. “ILUVU” will be read like “I love you”) and
emoticon (e.g. :-) will be read like “Smile”) contained in the SMS text.
The Blue&Me™message reader enables the following operations:
❒To display on the instrument panel multifunction display a visual notification signal indicating that you have received a new SMS text on your
Bluetooth®wireless technology mobile phone, with sender’s number/name; Blue&Me™will also propose you to read the message received
❒To manage the list of SMS texts received on your Blue&Me™paired mobile phone
❒To read again the messages received and stored
❒To call the SMS text sender using the buttons on the steering wheel or voice commands
❒To delete individual messages or the entire inbox using the buttons on the steering wheel or voice commands.
MEDIA PLAYERThe Blue&Me™media player application enables you to play digital audio stored on a portable device through the car’s audio system. The
media player offers the following features:
❒Playing digital audio: enables you to play all of your digital audio files (.mp3, .wma, .wav), or play a personal playlist (both .m3u and .wpl file
formats). It does not support other audio file extension (i.e. .AAC).
❒Categorizing digital audio: enables you to browse and play all digital audio belonging to a category, such as an album, an artist, or a genre.
❒Using playback functions: provides playback functions such as play, stop, next track, previous track, shuffle, and loop track.
To use the media player, simply connect your portable device to the car’s USB port. When you have selected the digital audio that you want
to listen to, Blue&Me™plays it through the car’s audio speakers.

To use a voice command you have to push

❒Making a phone call to a contact
stored in the phonebook.
