cally.

Note
If the preselected temperature ischanged, the
blower speedcanincrease automatically inauto-
matic operation.
The desired temperature isreached morequickly
this way.

instructions for
air-conditioning compressor

Can switch offbriefly ifengine isunder anex-
treme loadtoensure sufficient enginecooling.
- Switches offautomatically attemperatures be-
low

andcannot beswitched on,
even manually.
- Operates mosteffectively withwindows
closed. If the carhas been inthe sun foralong time,
however, itis agood ideatoventilate theinte-
rior briefly withdoor windows open.
- Depending onthe outside temperature andhu-
midity, condensation candrip from theevapo-
rator andform apool under thecar.
This isnormal andnotasign ofleakage.
- Ifuncooled airflows outwhen thelowest tem-
perature hasbeen set,switch offthe air-condi-
tioning compressor andconsult withanautho-
rized Porsche dealer.

To ensure properairintake:
~ Keep thefresh-air inletbetween theluggage
compartment lidand thewindshield freefrom
snow, iceand leaves.
