The anti intrusio
n system may be activated or deactivated by pushing the button of the RF remote
control of the vehicle key and it is achieving the peripheral protection of the vehicle and the volumetric
protectio n of the cockpit. The activation of the system is indicated on the instru ment panel by the LED
indicator, which will start to blink, and is confirmed by two blinks of the turning lights. Deactivation is
confirmed by a blink of the turning lights and LED indicator switching off.
In case of the vehicles equipped with central locking system, the doors will lock when the system
is activated and will unlock when deactivating the anti intrusion system. After 40 seconds from
remote control activatio n, the opening of a door, of the hood or the hatchback will cause the siren
starting and turning lights blinking for 30 seconds; after 30 seconds, the system remains activated.
During those 40 seconds, the volumetric sensors will “read” the volume of the cockpit, this
“reading” being reinitialised on every activation of the system, in order to take into account the
potential volume modifications. Any modifications of the inner volume of the cockpit ( broken
w indow glass, intrusion in the cockpit or movement inside the cockpit) will perturb the ultra-
sound emission field causing the siren starting.
The system does not normally operate unless all doors, the engine hood, the hatchback and
the window glasses are properly closed. If one of the front doors, the engine hood or the hatchback
is not well c losed, at the doors locking with the RF remote c ontrol, the t urning lights will not
switch on at all. At the deactivation with RF remote control, the traffic indicators will switch on,
just once.
AT TENT ION
In case of one door opening by key, while the anti intrusion system is
activated, the siren will start and it can be stopped by pressing the remote button or by
introducing the PIN code which is written on the vehicle invoice.

This cycle indicating the aggression type, stops after setting on the contact.
THE SYSTEM’S MEMORY
If after the deactivating command of the system, the turning lights will blink four times and a
sound will be heard also four times, this proves that previous the deactivating, an active cycle of
the system has t aken place and the reason for it will be shown by the LED indicator as follows:
TEMPORARY CANCELLING OF THE VOLUMETRIC PROTECTION
In case you want to let a window glass partially opened or a passenger remains in the vehicle,
it is possible to temporary cancel the volumetric protection function, but the peripheral protection
remains active. Proceed as follows:
- set on the contact key in the M position and then take it off, in no more than seven
seconds; - get off the ve hicle a nd press once the button of the remote c ontrol, in no more t han 20
seconds. The volumetric protection is again active after the next locking of the doors using the remote
control.

-get off the vehicle and press the button of the RF remote control – the doors of the vehicle
will lock and the anti intrusion indicator will start blinking, confirming that the anti intrusion system
is activated; -press again the button of the RF remote – the doors will unlock and the anti intrusion LED
indicator must switch off.

Vo l u m etric protection checking.
Perform the following checking steps after locking using the RF remote control, the doors, the
engine hood and the hatchback. The operations must be performed in no more than 40 seconds
since the anti i ntrusion system has been activated with the RF remote control; if operating after
these 40 seconds, the siren will start and the turning lights will blink.
Close the door. The sound signal (buzzer)
will stop.
Th e pr oper operation of the anti intrusion system on different situations must be according to
those shown in Table 01. For detecting the causes of possible incidents of the anti intrusion system, perform the checking
steps presented in Table 02.
Lo wer the rear windows with about 10
cm. Close the doors, the engine hood
and the ha tchback.
Check out if there is any movement in
the cockpit.
Ac tivate the system pressing the button
of the RF remote control.
In troduce a hand through the window,
inside the cockpit and move it.
Th e LED indicator will blink quickly,
showing there has been a volumetric
detection and that volumetric sensors are
f unctioning correctly.
Deac tivate the system using the RF
remote contro l, then clos e al l the
vehicle windows.
Reactivate the system and then hit by
ha nd the windows surfa c e of the
vehicle. The LED indicator should
continue to normally blink and the siren
starting shall not occur.
Functional checking of the peripheral
protection.
Close the doors, the engine hood and the
hatchback.
Ac tivate the system pressing the button
of th e RF remote.
The doors will lock and the LED indicator
will blink.
Open a do or with the vehicle key.
The LED indicator will continuously be on,
a nd a sound signal (buzzer) will be heard.
Deac tivate and reactivate the sys tem
w ith the RF remote control.
Deac tivate t he system by pressing the
button of the RF remote control.
The do ors will unlock and t he LED
indicator will go off.
Rep eat a.m. operations for both front
door s, engine hood and hatchback.
