Schraube festziehen.

9Dichtmittel
Herausgedückt zwischen den
Zylinder-Trennflächen.
9. Auftragen:
9Motoröl
Auf Kurbelzapfen, Lager, Ölzu-
fuhrbohrung sowie Pleuelstan-
ge und Unterlegscheibe.
10. Kontrollieren:
9Funktion der Kurbelwelle und
des Getriebes
Ungleichwäßige Funktion

Instandsetzen.
6. Monter:

9Boulon (support) 2

N.B.:
9Lors de l’installation du segment sur
l’arbre à came 3, aligner la marque
imprimée aavec la broche de centra-

qu’il s’arrête et resserrer le boulon.

finché non si arresta e serrare il bullo-
ne.

9Sigillante
Fuoriuscito sulla superficie di
accoppiamento del cilindro.
9. Applicare:
9Olio per motori
Sul perno del gomito, sul cusci-
netto, sul foro d’erogazione
dell’olio e sulla rondella
dell’estremità grande della biel-
la.
10. Controllare:
9Funzionamento dell’albero a
gomiti e della trasmissione
Difficoltà di funzionamentoÕ
Ripararli.

9Mit einem Plastikhammer leicht
gegen die Vorgelegewelle (Antriebs-
welle) schlagen, um diese zu aus-
bauen.
9Die Einheit vorsichtig entfernen. Die
Position der einzelnen Teile beach-
ten. Besonders auf die Anordnung
und Richtung der Schaltgabeln ach-
ten.
INSPEKTION
Zhanräder
1. Prüfen:

Erneuern.
2. Kontrollieren:

NOTE:
9Be sure the circlip sharp-edged corner ais po-
sitioned opposite side to the plain washer and
gear b.
9Be sure the circlip end cis positioned at axle
spline groove d.
4. Install:
9Main axle 1
9Drive axle 2
NOTE:
9Apply the lithium soap base grease on the
crankcase oil seal lip.
9When installing the drive axle into the
crankcase, pay careful attention to the
crankcase oil seal lip.
