Fan motor relay system (Radiator fan, A/C condenser fan)
Probable cause
The engine-ECU turns on/off the built-in power transistor to control the fan motor
relay.Malfunction of the fan motor relay

Malfunction of thermostat
Improper connector contact, open or short-circuited
