Eco Driving Indicator Light
During Eco-friendly acceleration
operation (Eco driving), the Eco
Driving Indica tor Light will turn on.
When the acceleration exceeds
Zone of Eco driving, or when the
vehicle is stopped, the light turns
off.

WARNING
■Caution for use while driving
For safety, avoid operating the
meter control swit ches while driv-
ing as much as possible, and do
not look continuously at the multi-
information display while driving.
Stop the vehicle and operate the
meter control swit ches. Failure to
do so may cause a steering wheel
operation error, resulting in an
unexpected accident.

If the acceleration exceeds Zone of
Eco driving, the right side of Eco
Driving Indicator Zone Display will
illuminate.
At this time, the Eco Driving Indica-
tor Light will turn off.
Zone of Eco driving
■The ECO Driving indicator will
not operate when
Eco Driving Indica tor will not oper-
ate in the following conditions:
●The shift lever is in any position
other than D.
●Neither normal mode nor Eco
drive mode is selected.
●The vehicle speed is approxi-
mately 80 mph (130 km/h) or
higher.

Displays the drive status of each
wheel in 6 steps from 0 to 5.

Vehicle settings and the content
displayed on the screen can be
changed by using the meter
control switches.
■Setting procedure
1 Press and hold to display
the cursor on the content dis-
play area (center).
2 Press or with the cur-
sor on the content display
area (center) to select

If the function is turned on and off
or the volume, etc. is changed on
the setting screen, the setting is

WARNING
■Cautions during setting up
the display
As the engine needs to be run-
ning during setting up the display,
ensure that the vehicle is parked
in a place with adequate ventila-
tion. In a closed area such as a
garage, exhaust gases including
harmful carbon monoxide (CO)
may collect and enter the vehicle.
This may lead to death or a seri-
ous health hazard.
NOTICE
■During setting up the display
To prevent battery discharge,
ensure that the engine is running
while setting up the display fea-
tures.

Displays suggestions to the
driver in the following situations.
To select a response to a dis-
played suggestion, use the
meter control switches.
■Suggestion to turn off the
headlights
If the headlights are left on for a
certain amount of time after the
engine switch has been turned
off, a suggestion message will
be displayed.
When the headlight switch is in
the AUTO position: The mes-
sage asking if you wish to turn
the headlights off is displayed.
To turn the headlights off, select
“Yes”.
If the driver’s door is opened after
the engine switch is turned off, this
suggestion message will not be dis-
played.
■Customization
Convenience Services (Suggestion
function) can be turned on/off. (Cus-
tomizable features: P.509)
Press from the main menu,
then press “Trip information”.
■Current fuel consumption
screen
If a screen other than current
fuel consumption screen is dis-
played, press “Current”.
Use the displayed average fuel
consumption as a reference.
Some screens may vary depending
on the type of multi-media display.

■Updating the history data
Update the latest fuel consumption
by pressing “Update” to measure the current fuel consumption again.
■Resetting the data
The fuel consumption data can be
deleted by pressing “Clear data”.
■Trip range
Displays the estimated maximum
distance that can be driven with the
quantity of fuel remaining.
This distance is computed based on
your average fuel consumption. As
a result, the actual distance that can
be driven may differ from that dis-
played.
