ve hicle data in a specialist workshop. Diagnostic devices should

Control units process data which, fore xamp le,
th ey receive from vehicle senso rs,ge nerate them-
sel ves or exch ange between themsel ves. Some
cont rol units are requ ired forth e safe operation of
yo ur vehicle, some assist you when driving,
suchas driver assistance systems, while others
enable con venience or inf otainment functions.

data in your vehicle are collected, sa ved and
transmitted tothird parties, and for what purpose,
