Yo ur vehicle can be equipped with an elect ric slid-
ing door on the leT and/or right-hand side.
Yo u can open and close the sliding door with these
controls:
R Sliding door buttons on the centre console
R Sliding door button on the door sill (B-pillar)
R Door handle (inside or outside)
R Key
The sliding door is equipped with automatic blo ck-
age de tection with reve rsing function. If a solid
object bloc ksorrestricts the sliding door during
th e automatic closing process, the sliding door
opens again automaticall y.Ifth e sliding door is
obstructed during the opening procedure, it mo ves
back a fewcentimetres in the opposite direction
and stops.
The automatic bloc kage detection with reve rsing
function is only an aid. It is not a substitute for
yo ur attentiveness when closing the electrical slid-
ing door.
If an obstacle is de tected, the display sho ws the

The enhanced fog light function reduces self-daz-
zling and impr ovesth e illumination of the edge of
th e car riag ewa y. If
yo ur speed is below 70 km/h and thefo g light
has been switched on, the enhanced fog light func-
tion will automatically be activated.

be deactivated aTer activation in thefo llowing

Ad aptive Highbeam Assist does not react to:
R road users without lights, e.g. pedestrians
R road users with poor lighting, e.g. cyclists
R road users whose lighting is obstructed,
e.g. bya bar rier
On very rare occasions, Adaptive Highbeam
Assist may failto recognise other road users
with their own lighting, or may recognise them
to o late.
In these, or in similar situations, the automatic
high beam will not be deactivated or will be
activated despite the presence of other road
users. #
Always obser vethero ad and tra1c con-
ditions carefully and switch o. the high
beam in good time. The
Adaptive Highbeam Assist automatically
switches between thefo llowing settings:

used either as a standard rearview mir ror or as a
displa y.
To prev ent glare from the digital rearview mir ror,
/r st set the digital rearview mir ror as the standard
re arview mir ror. Cer
tain types of sunlight (e.g. sun low on the hori-
zon) or light from ano ther intense light source can
re duce the display's contrast and cause it to
become too bright. In such situations, objects in
th e display may be obscured or di1cult tosee. In
th ese cases be particular lycareful and adapt your
driving style accordingl y.
Drivers must alw ayswe arthe necessary personal
visual aids requ ired forth em todrive a vehicle.
Drivers with presb yopia (age-related long-sighted-
ness) should, if necessar y,we ar visual aids with
multifocal lenses tobe su1cient lyable tosee traf-
fi c including via the displa ys.
