Temperature
Concept
The
automatic
climate
control
achieves
the
set temperature
as
quickly
as
possible,
if
needed,
by
using
the
maximum
cooling
or
heating
capacity,
and
then
keeps
it
constant.

The
air
flow
of
the

set

the
driver
and

passenger.

Air
conditioning
Concept
The
air
in
the
car's
interior
will
be
cooled
and

humidified

the
temperature setting,
warmed
again.
The
car's
interior

cooled

climate
control,

water
develops
and
collects
under#jneath
the
vehicle.
Maximum
cooling
Concept
The
system
is
set
to
the
lowest
temperature,

timum
air
flow
and
recirculated-air
mode
with
the
drive-ready
state
switched
on.

The
function
is

with
external

Depending
on
the
selected
settings
and
outside
influences,
the
air
is
directed
to
the
windshield, side
windows,
upper
body,
and
into
the
floorarea.
Air
conditioning
is
switched
on
automatically
with
the
AUTO
program.
Point
the
side
vents
toward
the
side
windows. At
the
same
time,
a
condensation
sensor
con#j
trols
the
program
so
as
to
prevent
window
con#j
densation
as
much
as
possible.
The
AUTO
program
is
switched
off
automati#j
cally,
when
manual
air
distribution
is
set.
Intensity
With
the
AUTO
program
switched
on,
the
inten#j sity
can
be
adjusted.
This
changes
the
automatic
control
for
the
air
mass.

Automatic
recirculated-air
control
AUC
Concept
The
automatic
recirculated-air
control
AUC
rec#j
ognizes
odors
or
pollutants
in
the
outside
air. The
outside
air
supply
is
shut
off
and
the
interiorair
is
recirculated.
General
information
If
the
system
is
activated,
a
sensor
detects
pollu#j tants
in
the
outside
air
and
controls
the
shut-off
automatically.
If
the
system
is
deactivated,
outside
air
continu#j
ously
flows
into
the
car's
interior.
With
constant
recirculated-air
mode,
the
air
qual#j
ity
in
the
car's
interior
deteriorates
and
window
fogging
increases.

If

window

Recirculated-air
mode
Concept
You
may
react
to
unpleasant
odors

pollutants

immediate
environment

suspending

supply

outside
air.
The
system then
recirculates
the
air
flow
within

vehicle.

the

If

is
window
condensation,
switch
off

Microfilter/activated-charcoal
filter
The
microfilter
removes
dust
and
pollen
from
the
incoming
air.
The
activated-charcoal
filter
also
removes
gas#j eous
pollutants
from
the
outside
air
that
enters
the
vehicle.
Have
this
combined
filter
changed
during
vehicle
maintenance.Ventilation
Concept
The
air
flow
directions
can
