removing
the
charging
cable
and

from
multiple
consumers,

the
charging

process

process

automatically

Terminating
the
charging
process

battery

the
high-voltage
system is
still
under
high

Discharged
high-voltage and
vehicle
battery
General
information In
addition
to
the
high-voltage
battery,
the
vehi#j
cle
has
a
12
volt
vehicle
battery,
which
is

quired
for
operation
of
the
onboard
electronics.
If
the
high-voltage
battery
is
discharged
and
the
combustion
engine
is
started,
air
conditioning may
be
limited.
With
a
discharged
vehicle
battery,
no
operation
of
the
vehicle
is
possible.
Starting
the
vehicle
If
the
vehicle
battery
is
discharged,
the
combus#j
tion
engine
can
be
started
using
the
battery
of
another
vehicle
and
two
jumper
cables.

Follow
the

when refueling
General
information
Follow
the
fuel
recommendation
prior
to
refuel#j
ing.
To
also
ensure
all
engine
functions
under
unfav#j orable
conditions,
for
instance
steep
vehicle
incli#jnations,
at
least
3
US
gal/10
liters
fuel
should
berefueled.
When
refueling,
insert
the
filler
nozzle
completely into
the
filler
pipe.
Lifting
up
the
fuel
pump
nozzle
during
refueling
causes:
'xPremature
switching
off.'xReduced
return
of
the
fuel
vapors.
The
fuel
tank
is
full
when
the
filler
nozzle
clicks
off
the
first
time.
Make
sure
that
the
fuel
cap
is
closed
properly
af#j ter
refueling,
otherwise
the
emissions
warning
light
may
light
up.

safety
regulations
posted
at
the
gas
sta#j
tion.

button

heat
up
