The
belt
carrier
makes
it
easier

put
on
the
safety
belt.

The
seat-belt
extender
extends
automatically
and
keeps

belt
ready
to
put
on,

After
the
belt
is
put
on,
it
goes
back
into
the
idle
position.
If
the
safety
belt
has
not
yet
been
applied,
the
belt
carrier
goes
back
under
the
following
cir#j
cumstances:

time
of
approx.
five
minutes.'xOpening
the
respective
door.'xAfter
a
short
trip.'xLocking
the
vehicle
from
the
outside.When
the
respective
door
is
closed,
the
seat-belt
extender
extends
again.

Jam
protection
system
Warning
When
extending
and
retracting
the
belt
carrier, body
parts
and
objects
can
be
jammed.
There
is
a
risk

injury

Make
sure
that

movement
of

belt
carrier
is
clear.
If
the
belt
carrier
encounters
resistance
when
ex#j
tending
or
retracting,

belt

back

reactivate
