Reconfigurable instrument cluster
The cluster layout can be changed.
Use the steering wheel control to
move between the different display
zones and scroll through the different displays.
There are three display
configurations to choose from:
● Basic configuration displays the
speedometer with a simplified
high voltage battery gauge and
efficiency light.
● Standard configuration displays
the speedometer with a high
voltage battery gauge and
efficiency gauge.
● Enhanced configuration displays
the speedometer with high
voltage battery gauge, efficiency
ring, and power gauge.

Service display If it is time for service, a message is
displayed in the Driver Information
Centre.
The first warning is displayed
400 km before service is due and the
second warning 80 km before the
service is due. The message appears every time the vehicle is switched on.
The message can be dismissed or
reset. Reset after service only.

Control indicators
The control indicators described are
not present in all vehicles. The
description applies to all instrument
versions. Depending on the
equipment, the position of the control indicators may vary. When the vehicle
is switched on, most control indicators
will illuminate briefly as a functionality test.
The control indicator colours mean:red:danger, important reminderyellow:warning, information, faultgreen:confirmation of activationblue:confirmation of activationwhite:confirmation of activation,

fastened.

After having started the propulsion system for a certain time until the seat belt has been fastened.

Airbag and belt tensioners
v illuminates red.
When the vehicle is switched on, the
control indicator illuminates for
several seconds. If it does not
illuminate, does not go out after
4 seconds or illuminates whilst
driving, there is a fault in the airbag
system.
Seek the assistance of a workshop. The airbags and belt pretensioners
may fail to trigger in the event of an
accident.If there is a problem with the airbag
system, a Driver Information Centre
message may also come on.
Deployment of the belt pretensioners
or airbags is indicated by continuous
illumination of v.9 Warning
Have the cause of the fault
remedied immediately by a
workshop.

same time, only one warning chime
will sound.
When starting the propulsion
system or whilst driving
The warning chime regarding not
fastened seat belts has priority over any other warning chime.
● If seat belt is not fastened.
● If a door or the tailgate is not fully
closed when starting off.
● If a certain speed is exceeded with parking brake applied.
● If approaching a vehicle ahead too rapidly.
● If a programmed speed or speed
limit is exceeded.
● If a warning message appears in the Driver Information Centre.
● If the electronic key is not in the passenger compartment.
● If the parking assist detects an object.● If an unintended lane changeoccurs.
● If safety function of the power tailgate detects obstacles in the
moving area.
When the vehicle is parked and / or the driver's door is opened
● With exterior lights on.
Battery voltage When the voltage of the 12 V vehicle
battery is running low, a warning
message will appear in the Driver
Information Centre.
1. Switch off any electrical consumers which are not requiredfor a safe drive, e.g. seat heating, heated rear window or other main
consumers.
2. Charge the 12 V vehicle battery by
driving continuously for a while or
by using a charging device.
If the 12 V vehicle battery cannot be
recharged, have the cause of the fault
remedied by a workshop.Vehicle personalisation
The vehicle's behaviour can be
personalised by changing the settings in the Info Display.
Depending on vehicle equipment and
country-specific regulations some of
the functions described below may
not be available.
Some functions are only displayed or
active when the vehicle is on.

battery voltage, press Z to establish
a connection to an advisor.
Emergency services
In the case of an emergency situation,
press [ and talk to an advisor. The
advisor then contacts emergency or
assistance service providers and
directs them to your vehicle.
In the case of an accident with
activation of airbags or belt
tensioners, an automatic emergency
call is established. The advisor is
immediately connected to your
vehicle to see whether help is
needed.
Note
Establishing an emergency call may not be possible in areas withoutsufficient network availability or due
to hardware damage during an
accident.
Wi-Fi hotspot
The Wi-Fi hotspot of the vehicle
provides internet connectivity with a
maximum speed of 4G/LTE.Note
The Wi-Fi hotspot functionality is not
available for all markets.
Note
Some mobile devices connect to Wi- Fi hotspots automatically and use
mobile data capacity in the
background, even if they are not in
use. This includes automatic
updates, downloads, as well as
programme or app synchronisation
traffic. The data volume purchased
via OnStar might be consumed
rapidly. Turn off automatic
synchronisations in the settings of
your device.
Up to seven devices may be connected.
To connect a mobile device with the
Wi-Fi hotspot:
1. Press j and then select Wi-Fi
settings on the Info Display. The
settings displayed include the Wi-
Fi hotspot name (SSID),
password and connection type.
2. Start a Wi-Fi network search on your mobile device.3. Select your vehicle hotspot (SSID) when listed.
4. When prompted, enter the password on your mobile device.
Note
To change the SSID or password,
press Z and talk to an advisor or log
in to your account.
To switch off the Wi-Fi hotspot
functionality, press Z to call an
advisor.
Smartphone app
With the myOpel smartphone app,
some vehicle functions can be
operated remotely.
The following functions are available: ● Lock or unlock vehicle.
● Honk horn or flash lights.
● Operate parking heater.
● Check vehicle battery-related information.
● Check tyre pressure (only with tyre pressure monitoring
system).

The air intake in front of the
windscreen in the engine
compartment must be kept clear to
allow air intake. Remove any leaves,
dirt or snow.
Air conditioning regular
operation
In order to ensure continuously
efficient performance, cooling must
be operated for a few minutes once a
month, irrespective of the weather
and time of year. Operation with
cooling is not possible when the
outside temperature is too low.
Service For optimal cooling performance, it is recommended to annually check the
climate control system, starting
three years after initial vehicle
registration, including:
● functionality and pressure test
● heating functionality
● leakage check
● check of drive belts
● cleaning of condenser and evaporator drainage
● performance check

When the vehicle is operated in L
and the driver unfastens his seat
belt, the electric parking brake is
automatically applied and one
pedal driving is not possible.
With one-pedal driving, the
accelerator pedal can be used to
control the deceleration of the vehicle
down to a complete stop.
Quick releasing of the accelerator
pedal will result in aggressive
deceleration. Slow releasing of the
accelerator pedal will allow the
deceleration of the vehicle to be
adjusted as desired.
To use one-pedal driving, shift into L.
L is only selectable when the vehicle
is in D. Press the accelerator pedal to
achieve the desired speed. The
deceleration provided by one-pedal
driving provides full regenerative
braking and helps increase energy efficiency.
While operating in one-pedal driving,the electric parking brake may apply
in some circumstances. This can
occur when:
● Driving on slopes.
● The driver's door is open.
● The vehicle has remained stationary for 5 minutes.
● There is a problem with the propulsion system.
To drive again, depress the
accelerator pedal, and the electric parking brake will automatically
disengage.
One-pedal driving may shift the
vehicle into P if the vehicle is pushed
once it has been stopped or if a
problem with the propulsion system
develops.
Regenerative braking 3 160.
Car wash mode This vehicle includes a car wash
mode that allows the vehicle to
remain in N (neutral) for use in
automatic car washes.Car wash mode (vehicle off) - driver

To place the vehicle in N with the
vehicle off and occupied:
1. Apply the brake pedal.
2. Shift to N.
3. Turn off the vehicle and release the brake pedal.
4. The indicator should continue to show N. If it does not, repeat steps
1-3.
The vehicle is now ready for the
car wash.
Car wash mode (vehicle off) - driver
out of vehicle
To place the vehicle in N with the
vehicle off and unoccupied:
1. Apply the brake pedal.
2. Open the door.
3. Shift to N.
4. Turn off the vehicle and release the brake pedal.
