Charge Times
The following factors determine the time it takes to charge
the high voltage battery:
•The high voltage battery’s current state of charge
• What level EVSE is being used (Level 1 – 120V or Level
2 – 240V)
• Ambient temperature
• Whether the vehicle is (keyed) on during charging
NOTE:
• The charging times are estimates based on a completely
discharged high voltage battery.
• Charging times will vary based on the age, condition,
state of charge and temperature of the high voltage
battery.
• Charging times may be longer if a thermal self-
protection reduces the charging current from the EVSE.

KEYS
Key With Remote Control
The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) key fob contains an
integrated key. To use the mechanical key, simply push the
mechanical key release button.

Key Programming
Programming key fobs may be performed at an authorized
dealer.
Replacement Keys
NOTE:Only keys that have been programmed to the
vehicle electronics can be used to start the vehicle. Once a
Sentry Key has been programmed to a vehicle, it cannot be
programmed to any other vehicle. When having the Sen-
try Key Immobilizer System serviced, bring all vehicle
keys with you to an authorized dealer.
General Information

by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user ’s authority to operate the equipment.
VEHICLE SECURITY ALARM
The vehicle security alarm monitors the vehicle doors for
unauthorized entry and the ignition switch for unauthor-
ized operation. While the vehicle security alarm is armed,
interior switches for door locks and liftgate release are
disabled. If something triggers the alarm, the vehicle
security alarm will provide the following audible and
visible signals: the horn will pulse, the park lamps and/or
turn signals will flash, and the vehicle security light on the
instrument panel will flash.
To Arm The System
1. Remove the key from the ignition switch and get out of the vehicle.
2. Lock the door using either the Central Lock/Unlock switch or the Remote Keyless Entry key fob and close all
doors.

DOORS
Manual Lock
To lock each door from the inside, push the inside door
handle toward the door until the red lock indicator is
visible. To unlock the doors from the inside, pull the inside
door handle to the first detent or until the lock symbol is no
longer visible.
If the lock symbol is visible when the door is shut, the door
will lock. Therefore, make sure the key fob is not inside the
vehicle before closing the door.NOTE:
The manual lock knob unlocks each individual
door separately.WARNING!
• When exiting the vehicle, always remove the key fob
from the vehicle and lock your vehicle.
• Never leave children alone in a vehicle, or with
access to an unlocked vehicle.
• Allowing children to be in a vehicle unattended is
dangerous for a number of reasons. A child or others
could be seriously or fatally injured. Children
should be warned not to touch the parking brake,
brake pedal or the gear selector.
• Do not leave the key fob in or near the vehicle, or in
a location accessible to children, and do not leave the
ignition of a vehicle equipped with Keyless Enter-
N-Go in the ON/RUN mode. A child could operate
power windows, other controls, or move the vehicle.
• Do not leave children or animals inside parked
vehicles in hot weather. Interior heat build-up may
cause serious injury or death.
