cle’sGrossVehicleWeightRating
(“GVWR”).
The“GVWR”includestheweight
ofthebasicvehicle,allfactoryin-
stalledaccessories,afulltankof
fuel,oil,coolantandotherfluids
plusmaximumload.Themaxi-
mumloadincludesthenumberof
passengersthatthevehicleisin-
tendedtocarry(“seatingcapaci-
ty”)withanassumedweightof
150lbs.(68kg)foreachpassen-
geratadesignatedseatingposi-
tionandthetotalweightofany
luggageinthevehicle.
TheGrossAxleWeightRating
(“GAWR’”)isthemaximumload
thatcanbeappliedateachofthe
vehicle’stwoaxles.
Thefactthatthereisanupper
limittoyourvehicle’sGrossVehi-
cleWeightRatingmeansthatthe
totalweightofwhateverisbeing
carriedinthevehicleislimited.
Themorepassengersinthevehi-
cleorpassengerswhoareheavier
thanthestandardweightsas-
sumedmeanthatlessweightcan
becarriedasluggage.
