DeactivationOnly the passenger's front airbag can be

deactivation switch,

urn it to the " OFF" position,

hen, remove the key keeping the switch in
this position.
Depending on the version you have,
this warning lamp comes on in the
instrument panel and/or in the seat belt
and passenger's front airbag warning
lamps display when the ignition is on
and until the airbag is reactivated.
To assure the safety of your child,
the passenger's front airbag must be
deactivated when you install a rear ward
facing child seat on the front passenger
seat.
Otherwise, the child would risk being
seriously injured or killed if the airbag
were deployed.Reactivating the passenger's
front airbag
When you remove the child seat, turn the
switch to the " ON" position to reactivate the
airbag and so assure the safety of your front
passenger in the event of an impact.
With the ignition on, this warning
lamp comes on in the seat belt and
passenger's front airbag warning
lamps display for approximately
one minute, if the passenger's front
airbag is activated.

This ISOFIX mounting system provides fast,
reliable and safe fitting of the child seat in your
vehicle.
The ISOFIX child seats are fitted with two
latches which are secured on the two rings A .
Some seats also have an upper strap , known
as the Top Tether, which is attached to ring B .
To secure the child seat to the TOP TETHER :

emove and stow the head restraint before
installing the child seat on the seat (refit it
once the child seat has been removed),

aise the carpet cover to expose the TOP
TETHER,

ass the upper strap of the child seat behind
the seat backrest, between the apertures
for the head restraint rods, When fitting an ISOFIX child seat to the
left-hand rear seat, before fitting the
seat, first move the centre rear seat belt
towards the middle of the vehicle, so
as to avoid the seat inter fering with the
operation of the seat belt.
The incorrect installation of a child seat in
a vehicle compromises the protection of
the child in the event of an accident.
