The cigarette lighter is located between thecup holders.
Push in the cigarette lighter.
The cigarette lighter can be rej
moved as soon as it pops back
out.
Sockets General
information
The lighter socket can be used as a socket for
electrical equipment while the engine is runj ning or when the ignition is switched on.
The total load of all sockets must not exceed 140 watts at 12 volts.
Do not damage the socket by using non-comj patible connectors.

of the airbags, for instance portable navigation devices, can hinder the unfolding of the airbagor be thrown around in the car's interior whenunfolding. There is a risk of injury. Make sure

The cargo area can be enlarged by folding
down the rear seat backrest.

from the cargo area.

Locking The glove compartment can be locked with an
integrated key to separately secure the tailj gate, refer to page 58, for instance.
This prevents access to the glove compartj ment and to the cargo area.
After the glove compartment is locked, the rej
mote control can be handed over, such as at a
hotel, without the integrated key.
