Vehicle specifications
Customizable features
When customizing vehicle features, ensure that the vehicle is parked
in a safe place with the shift lever in P and the parking brake set.
Various setting can be changed. Refer to the list of settings that can be\
changed for details.

Changing using Entune Premiu m Audio with Navigation or
Entune Audio Plus
Press the “APPS” button.
Select “Setup” on the “Apps” screen and select “Vehicle”.
■Changing using Entune AudioPress the “SETUP” button.
Select “Vehicle” on the “Setup” screen.
■Changing using the multi-information display
Press or of the meter control switch and select on
the multi-information display.

Your vehicle includes a variety of electronic features that can be
personalized to your preferences. The settings of these features
can be changed by using the mu lti-information display, Entune
Premium Audio with Navigation or Entune Audio, or at your
Toyota dealer.
Some function settings are change d simultaneously with other func-
tions being customized. Contact your Toyota dealer for further
details.

●Did you press the power switch while firmly depressing the brake pedal?

●Is the shift lever in P? ( P. 188)
●Is the electronic key anywhere detectable inside the vehicle? ( P. 126)
●Is the steering wheel unlocked? (P. 191)
●Is the electronic key battery weak or depleted?
In this case, the hybrid system can be started in a temporary way.

●Is the 12-volt battery discharged? ( P. 581)
●Is the power switch in ON mode?
If you cannot release the shift lever by depressing the brake pedal with the
power switch in ON mode: P. 578
●It is locked automatically to prevent theft of the vehicle. ( P. 191)
●Is the window lock switch pressed?
The power window except for the one at the driver’s seat cannot be oper-
ated if the window lock switch is pressed. (P. 151)
●The auto power off function will be operated if the vehicle is left in ACCES-
SORY or ON mode (the hybrid system is not operating) for a period of
time. (P. 190)
If you think something is wrong
The hybrid system does not start
The shift lever cannot be shifted from P even if you depress
the brake pedal
The steering wheel cannot be tu rned after the hybrid system
is stopped
The windows do not open or close by operating the power
window switches
The power switch is turned off automatically
