Selecting the item Touch an item to select . To select the “Audio” key, touch the “Audio” key on the screen. Touch the “BACK” key to return to the

Adjusting the item Touch the “+” key or the “” key to adjust the settings of an item. Touch the up arrow to scroll up the page one item at a time.
Touch the down arrow to scroll down the page one item at a time.
Inputting characters Touch the letter or number key. There are some options available when inputting characters.
123/ABC Changes the available character set to numbers.
Space Inserts a space.
Delete Deletes the last inputted character with one touch. Touch and hold the “Delete” key to delete all of the characters.
OK Completes the character input.

Touch-screen maintenance
If you clean the display screen, use a dry, soft
cloth. If additional cleaning is necessary, use a
small amount of neutral detergent with a soft
cloth. Never spray the screen with water or de-
tergent. Dampen the cloth first and then wipe the
screen.

System Touch this key to select and/or adjust various functions of this system. A screen with additional options will appear.
Display Touch this key to adjust the appearance of the display.
Brightness Adjusts the brightness of the display.
Display Mode Adjusts to fit the level of lighting in the vehicle. Touch key to cycle through options. “Day” and “Night” modes are suited for the
respective times of day while “Auto” controls the display automatically.
Scroll Direction Adjusts the direction of the menu scroll. Choose to either move up or down.
Clock Touch this key to adjust the time.
Time Format The clock can be set to 12 hours or 24 hours.
Date Format Select from five possible formats of displaying the day, month, and year.
Clock Mode Adjust the mode for the clock. “Auto” uses the system’s GPS to automatically maintain the time. “Manual” allows you to set the
clock using the “Set Clock Manually” key.
Set Clock Manually Adjust the clock manually, Touch the “+” or “-” keys to adjust the hours, minutes, day, month and year up or down. “Clock Mode” must be set to manual for this option to be available.
Daylight Savings Time Adjusts the daylight savings time on or off.
Time Zone Choose the applicable time zone from the list.
Language Touch this key to change the language on the display.
Camera Settings Touch this key to change the camera settings.
Display Mode Touch this key to select the touch-screen display mode (day, night, or automatic) .
Brightness Adjust touch-screen brightness.
Contrast Adjust touch-screen contrast.
Color Adjust touch-screen color.

Temperature Unit Touch this key to change the temperature unit being displayed (Fahrenheit or Celsius) .
Touchscreen click Toggles the touch-screen click feature on or off. When activated a click sound will be heard every time a key on the screen is
touched.
System Beeps Toggle the system beep tones feature on or off. When activated, a beep sound will be heard when a pop-up message appears on
the screen or a button on the unit (such as the
button) is pressed and held for two seconds.
Return to Factory Settings/Clear
Memory Touch this key to return all settings to default and to clear the memory.
Software Licenses Touch this key to display software licensing information.
Traffic Touch this key to display traffic settings. For additional information, refer to the separate Navigation System Owner’s Manual.
SXM Touch this key to start SiriusXM® radio. For SXM setup, refer to “Audio system” in this section.
BUTTON
To change the display brightness, press
the
button. Pressing the button again will
change the display to day or night display mode.
If no operation is performed within 5 seconds, the
display will return to the previous display.
Press and hold the
button for more than
2 seconds to turn the display off. Press the button
again to turn the display on.

ADJUSTING THE SCREEN
There are two ways to adjust the settings of the
camera screen.
To adjust the camera screen settings from
the RearView Monitor:
1. Firmly apply the brake and place the shift lever in R (reverse)
2. Press the
button on the control panel.
3. The screen will display the night settings.
4. Turn the TUNE knob to adjust the setting up or down.
5. Press the
button again to access the
Auto settings.
6. Turn the TUNE knob to adjust the setting up or down.
To adjust the camera screen settings from
any screen:
1. Press the
button.
2. Touch the “System” key.
3. Touch the “Display” key. 4. Touch the “Brightness” key and adjust the
level to the desired setting.
● Do not adjust the camera settings of the
RearView Monitor while the vehicle is mov-
ing.
OPERATING TIPS
CAUTION
● Do not use alcohol, benzine or thinner
to clean the camera. This will cause
discoloration. To clean the camera,
wipe with a cloth dampened with a di-
luted mild cleaning agent and then wipe
with a dry cloth.
● Do not damage the camera as the moni-
tor screen may be adversely affected.
● When the shift lever is shifted to R (Re-
verse) , the monitor screen automatically
changes to the RearView Monitor mode.
However, the radio can be heard. ●
It may take some time until the RearView
Monitor is displayed after the shift lever has
been shifted to R (Reverse) . Objects may be
distorted momentarily until the RearView
Monitor screen is displayed completely.
When the shift lever is returned to a position
other than R (Reverse) , it may take some
time until the screen changes. Objects on
the screen may be distorted until they are
completely displayed.
● When the temperature is extremely high or
low, the screen may not clearly display ob-
jects. This is not a malfunction.
● When strong light directly enters the cam-
era, objects may not be displayed clearly.
● Vertical lines may be seen in objects on the
screen. This is due to strong reflected light
from the bumper. This is not a malfunction.
● The screen may flicker under fluorescent
light. This is not a malfunction.
● The colors of objects on the RearView Moni-
tor may differ somewhat from those of the
actual object.
● When the contrast of objects is low at night,
pressing the SETTING button or MENU but-
ton may not change the brightness.

automatic air conditioning system using the con-
trol switches at the rear of the center console.
To activate the rear control buttons, press the fan
speed increase button (+) , fan speed decrease
button (-) , or the “A/C” button on the rear air
conditioner control panel.
OFF button: Turns rear automatic air conditioning
system off.
Fan speed increase and decrease buttons: Ad-
justs the rear fan speed up or down. A/C button: Turns on air conditioner. “A/C’ will be
appear in display indicating when air conditioning
is turned on.
Mode button: Pressing the MODE button manu-
ally controls air flow and selects the air outlet:
— Air flows from center and side
vents.
— Air flows from center and sidevents and foot outlets.
— Air flows mainly from foot outlets.Temperature increase and decrease buttons: Ad-
justs the rear temperature up or down.
Rear Air Conditioning Reset Button
The rear air conditioning reset button allows the
driver to reset the rear climate control settings
from the front of the vehicle. The button is located
on the center console. Upon pressing the button,
the rear temperature setting will return to 75
degrees and the fan speed will return to the
middle position.

Turn the VOL (volume) control knob to adjust the
volume.
This vehicle may be equipped with Speed Sen-
sitive Volume. When this feature is active, the
audio volume changes as the driving speed
changes.
Audio settings1. Press the [
] button.
2. Touch the “Settings” key.
3. Touch the “Audio” key.
Use the touch-screen to adjust the following
items to the desired setting:
Audio
Bass Adjusts the bass to the desired level.
Treble Adjusts the treble to the desired level.
Balance Adjusts the balance to the desired level. Balance adjusts the sound level between the left and right speakers.
Fade Adjusts the fade to the desired level. Fade adjusts the sound level between the front and rear speakers.
Speed Sensitive Vol. Adjusts the Speed Sensitive Volume function, which increases the volume of the audio system as the speed of the ve-
hicle increases. Set to “OFF” to disable the feature. The higher the setting, the more the volume increases in relation to
vehicle speed.
AUX Volume Level Controls the volume level of incoming sound when an auxiliary device is connected to the system. Available options are
Low (Quiet) , Medium, and High (Loud) .
Bass, treble, balance and fade can also be adjusted by pressing the AUDIO button and turning the TUNE knob to select the item to adjust. When the desired
item is shown on the display, turn the tuning to adjust and then press the AUDIO button until the display returns to the main audio screen. If the button is not
pressed for approximately 10 seconds, the radio or CD display will automatically reappear.

Clock set1. Press the [

5. Touch “Clock Mode” to select “Manual” to adjust time manually.
6. Touch the “Set Clock Manually” key.
7. Touch “+” and “-” keys to adjust hour, min- ute, day, month and year.
8. Press the BACK button to finish.
SXM settings
To view the SXM settings:
1. Press the [
] button.
2. Touch the “Settings” key.
3. Touch the “SXM” key.
The signal strength, activation status and other
information are displayed on the screen.
FM/AM/SAT radio operation
FM·AM button
Press the FM·AM button to change the band as
follows:
AM →FM1 →FM2 →AM
If another audio source is playing when the
FM·AM button is pressed, the audio source play-
ing will automatically be turned off and the last
radio station played will begin playing.
The FM stereo indicator (ST) is shown on the
screen during FM stereo reception. When the
stereo broadcast signal is weak, the radio auto-
matically changes from stereo to monaural re-
ception.
SXM band select
Press the SXM button to change the band as
follows:
SXM1* →SXM2* →SXM3* →SXM1
When the XM button is pressed while the ignition
switch is in the ACC or ON position, the radio will
come on at the station last played.
The last station played will also come on when
the
(power) is pressed ON.
*When the SXM button is pressed, the satellite
radio reception will not be available unless an optional satellite receiver and antenna are in-
stalled and a SiriusXM® Satellite Radio service
subscription is active. Satellite radio is not avail-
able in Alaska, Hawaii and Guam.
If a compact disc is playing when the SXM button
is pressed, the compact disc will automatically be
turned off and the last radio station played will
come on.
Tuning with the touch-screen
When in AM or FM mode, the radio can be tuned
using the touch-screen. To bring up the visual
tuner, touch the “Tune” key on the lower right
corner of the screen. A screen appears with a bar
running from low frequencies on the left to high
frequencies on the right. Touch the screen at the
location of the frequency you wish to tune and the
station will change to that frequency. To return to
the regular radio display screen, touch the “OK”
key.
Tuning with the TUNE control knob
The radio can also be manually tuned using the
TUNE knob. When in FM or AM mode, turn the
TUNE control knob to the left for lower frequen-
cies or to the right for higher frequencies. When
in SXM mode, turn the TUNE control knob to
change the channel.
