Press the M memory button and then press
one of the storage position buttons 1 , 2 or
3 within three seconds.
The settings are stored in the selected pre-
set position. A tone sounds when the set-
tings have been completed.
The memory function can still be used if the
SmartKey has been removed.
Calling up a stored setting X
Press the button for storage position 1 , 2 or
3 . Keep pressing until the seat, steering
wheel and exterior mirrors are in the stored
position.
The setting procedure is interrupted as soon
as you release the storage position buttons.128

Optimum use of 3-zone automatic cli-
mate controlThe following contains instructions and rec-
ommendations to enable you to get the most
out of your dual-zone automatic climate con-
trol. R
You can switch on climate control by using
the X and Z or X and V but-
tons. The indicator lamps in the X and
Z or X and V buttons light up.R
In automatic mode, you can also use the

occupants – particularly children – could
become trapped. There is a risk of injury.
While the EASY-ENTRY/EXIT feature is mak-
ing adjustments, make sure that no one has
any body parts in the sweep of the steering
wheel.
If somebody becomes trapped: R
press one of the memory function position
buttons, or R
move the switch for steering wheel adjust-
ment in the opposite direction to that in
which the steering wheel is moving.
The adjustment process is stopped. X

ing wheel to select the Sett

ing feature on/off
This function is only available when the vehi-
cle is equipped with the electrical fold-in func-
tion.
When you activate the Auto. Mirror Fold‐
ing function, the exterior mirrors are folded
in when the vehicle is locked. The exterior
mirrors fold out automatically again as soon
as you unlock the vehicle. X
Press the Y or e button on the steer-
ing wheel to select the Sett.

If the Auto.
fold-in mirrors function is
switched on, the multifunction display

Folding on and you fold the exterior mirrors
in using button C , they will not fold out auto-
matically ( Y
page 125).
You can then only fold out the exterior mirrors
using button C .
