The rada r senso rs' vision is affected . Do not cover
the area in front of the senso rs with b ike wheels,
stickers, dirt o r other ob jects . Clean the area in
front of the sensors, if necessary

Side assist sw itches off automatically when a fac
tory-installed trailer hitch is connected to the
e lectr ical connector on the trailer . Th ere is no
g ua rantee the syste m will sw itch off when usi ng
a retrofitted tra ile r hitc h. D o not use s ide assist
when towing a t railer.
