only cleans theair,itstops
flame ifthe engine backfires. Ifit
is not there, andtheengine back-
fires, youcould beburned. Donot
drive withtheaircleaner removed,
and becareful whenworking onthe
engine withtheaircleaner removed.

so could result inserious injury.

windshield washerorifa wiper blade chatters

Clean theoutside ofthe windshield witha
washer solution oramild detergent. Your
windshield isclean ifbeads donot form when
rinsing withclear water.
Clean eachblade bywiping itwith acloth
soaked inawasher solution oramild detergent.
Then rinsetheblade withclear water. Ifyour
windshield isstill notclear aftercleaning the
blades andusing thewiper, replace theblades.

Worn windshield wiperblades can

. Make surethewiper blades contact

ings. When abrake padrequires replacement, it
will make ahigh pitched scraping soundwhen
the vehicle isin motion. Thisscraping soundwill
first occur onlywhen thebrake pedalis
depressed. Aftermore wearofthe brake pad,
the sound willalways beheard evenifthe brake
pedal isnot depressed. Havethebrakes
checked assoon aspossible ifthe wear warning

fuse switch comes fromthefactory switched off.
Prior todelivery ofyour vehicle, theswitch is
pushed in(switched on)and should always
remain on.
If the extended storagefuseswitch isnot
pushed in(switched on),the meter maydisplay
a warning message. SeeªExtended storagefuse

If any electrical equipment doesnotoperate,
remove theextended storagefuseswitch and
check foranopen fuse. NO

If the extended storagefuseswitch mal-
functions orifthe fuse isopen, itis not
necessary toreplace theswitch. Inthis

telligent Key .
2. Insert asmall screwdriver intotheslitofthe
corner andtwist itto separate theupper part
from thelower part.Useacloth toprotect the
casing.
3. Replace thebattery withanew one.
Recommended battery:

Hold thebattery bythe edges. Holding
