vehicle ison the jack, asitmay
cause thevehicle tomove. Thisis
especially trueforvehicles with
limited slipdifferentials. .
Do not allow passengers tostay in
the vehicle whileitis on the jack.

maintenance intervalsorduring thebreak -
in period, depending onthe severity of
operating conditions.
CAUTION
Oil level should bechecked regularly.
Operating theengine withaninsuffi-
cient amount ofoil can damage the
engine, andsuch damage isnot cov-
ered bythe warranty.

the parking brake.
2. Run theengine untilitreaches theoperating
temperature.
3. Turn theengine offand wait more than10
minutes. 4.
Raise andsupport thevehicle usinga
suitable floorjackandsafety jackstands.

Place thesafety jackstands underthe
vehicle jack-up points.
.
A suitable adaptershouldbeattached to
the jack stand saddle.
CAUTION
Make surethecorrect liftingandsup-
port points areused toavoid vehicle
damage.
