Steering LinkageandBoots
With thevehicle stopped, checkfor
excessive freeplayinthe steering wheel.
Inspect thelinkage forbending and
damage andthedust boots for
deterioration, cracksanddamage. Replace
any damaged parts.Aqualified technician
should perform theseoperations.
TireRotation
Tires should berotated according tothe
instructions inthe
Owner’s Manual.When
rotating tires,check fordamage and
uneven wear.Replace ifnecessary.
Wiper Blades
Thewiper blades should notshow any
signs ofcracking, splitting,wear,
contamination ordeformation. Thewiper
blades should clearthewindshield without
streaking orskipping.
