Front seatsSeat consisting of a seat cushion, a seat back and a head restraint which can all be adjusted to
adapt your position for ease of driving and comfort.

Forwards-backwards adjustment
F Raise the control bar and slide the seat
for wards or backwards. F
P ull the control lever upwards to raise
or push it downwards to lower, as many
times as necessary, to obtain the position
required. F
P ush the control rear wards.
Before moving the seat backwards, ensure that there is nothing that might prevent the full travel of the seat, so as to avoid the risk of of jamming
the seat caused by the presence of objects on the floor behind the seat or rear passengers. If the seat jams, stop the movement immediately.

Adjusting the armrest
F Press the control located under the front end of the armrest to release it.

ove it to the low position.

aise it notch by notch to reach the desired
position.
To place the armrest in the vertical position,
raise it and push it backwards beyond the point
of resistance.
Head restraint height adjustment
F To raise the head restraint, pull it upwards.
F T o remove the head restraint, press the
lug A and pull the head restraint upwards.

o put the head restraint back in place,
engage the head restraint stems in the
openings keeping them in line with the seat
back.

o lower the head restraint, press the lug A
and the head restraint at the same time.
Additional adjustments
The head restraint is fitted with a frame
with notches which prevents it from
lowering; this is a safety device in case
of impact.
The adjustment is correct when the
upper edge of the head restraint is
level with the top of the head.
Never drive with the head restraints
removed; they must be in place and
adjusted correctly.

Rear view mirror
Adjustable mirror providing a central rear ward view.
Equipped with an anti-dazzle system, which darkens the mirror glass and reduces the nuisance to
the driver caused by the sun, headlamps from other vehicles...

Automatic day/night model
By means of a sensor, which measures the
light from the rear of the vehicle, this system
automatically and progressively changes
between the day and night uses.
In order to ensure optimum visibility
during your manoeuvres, the mirror
lightens automatically when reverse
gear is engaged.

Travelling abroad
If using your vehicle in a country that
drives on the other side of the road, the
headlamps must be adjusted to avoid
dazzling on-coming drivers.

Seat belt not fastened /

Fastening
F Pull the strap, then insert the tongue in the
buckle.

heck that the seat belt is fastened
correctly by pulling the strap.
Height adjustment
F To lower the attachment point, squeeze the control A and slide it downwards.

o raise the attachment point, slide the
control A upwards.
When the ignition is switched on, this warning
lamp comes on, either on the instrument panel
or on the seat belt and passenger's front airbag
warning lamp display, if the driver and/or the
front passenger has not fastened their seat belt.

Front seat belts
The front seat belts are fitted with a
pretensioning and force limiting system.
This system improves safety in the front
seats in the event of a front or side impact.

pretensioning system instantly tightens the seat
belts against the body of the occupants.
The pretensioning seat belts are active when
the ignition is on.
The force limiter reduces the pressure of the
seat belt on the chest of the occupant, so
improving their protection.
From approximately 12 mph (20 km/h) this warning lamp flashes
for two minutes accompanied by an audible signal. Once these
two minutes have elapsed, this warning lamp remains on until
the driver and/or the front passenger fastens their seat belt.
