(front tires at the top of the
diagram)
•Sometimes irregular tire wear can be corrected by rotating the tires.
•If your tires show uneven wear, ask an authorized dealer to check for
and correct any wheel misalignment, tire imbalance or mechanical
problem involved before tire rotation.
•After having your tires rotated, inflation pressure must be checked
and adjusted to the vehicle requirements.

WRECKER TOWING
If you need to have your vehicle towed, contact your roadside assistance
center or a professional towing service.
It is recommended that your vehicle be towed with a wheel lift and
dollies or with flatbed equipment. When towing with a flatbed, 4x4
blocks must be used when loading/unloading your vehicle. Do not tow
with a slingbelt. Ford Motor Company has not approved a slingbelt
towing procedure.
Note:If the vehicle is towed by other means or incorrectly, vehicle
damage may occur.

Securing the rear of the vehicle
For flatbed towing, secure the rear

or lasso straps around the rear axle.
One strap is required on each side
of the differential.Note:Using the
