Instrument panels for electronic or automatic gearboxes
Panel grouping together the vehicle operation indication dials and warning lamps. Depending on the version, the instrument panel may have permanent
back-lighting.
1.Rev counter.Indicates the speed of rotation of the
engine (x 1 000 rpm).2.Vehicle speed.Indicates the current speed of the moving
vehicle (mph or km/h).3.Fuel level.Indicates the quantity of fuel remaining in
the tank. 4.Screen.
5.Display management button
Alternates display between range and trip mileage recorder.
Servicing information.
Resets the selected function to zero (trip
distance recorder or ser vice indicator).
6.Instrument panel lighting button. Adjusts the brightness of the lighting of the
instruments and controls.

travelled by the vehicle during its life.
The total and trip distances are displa
yed for
thirty seconds when the ignition is switched off,
when the driver's door is opened and when the

ehicle is locked or unlocked.
) With the ignition on, press the button until
zeros appear.



Tr ip distance recorder
System which measures a distance travelledduring a day or other period since it was reset
to zero by the driver.
Clock

Adjusting the time - Choice of units
To a djust the time of the clock and choose the
units used by the screen, use the right-hand
button on the instrument panel, carrying out the
operations in the following order: )press the button for more than two seconds:
the minutes flash, )press the button to increase the minutes, )press the button for more than two seconds:
the hours flash, )press the button to increase the hours,)press the button for more than two seconds:
24H or 12H is displayed,)press the button to select 24H or 12H, )press the button for more than two seconds:

The instrument panel remains illuminated with
only the vehicle speed and cruise control or
speed limiter information, if in use.
If there is an aler t or a change in a function
or to a setting, the black panel mode is
interrupted.
Activation
) With the lighting on, press the left handbutton of the instrument panel several
times to progressively reduce the
dashboard lighting level.
) Press the button again to reduce the lighting to the minimum level and switch off
the interior mood lighting.) Press the button again to activate the black
panel.

off for night driving.

Activation
When the lighting is on:)press the button to change the brightness
of the instruments and controls, )when the level of brightness required isreached, release the button.
Deactivation

When the lighting is off, or in day mode on
vehicles
fitted with daytime running lamps,pressing the button does not have any effect.

Lighting dimmer
System for manual adjustment of the brightness of the instruments and controls in relation to theexterior brightness.

Zero reset

Warning messages (e.g.: "Emission control system faulty") or information messages (e.g.:
"Boot open") may appear temporarily. Thesecan be cleared by pressing the "Back"button.

Languages

Once the "Languages" menu has been selected,you can change the language used by the display (Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Portugues,
Portugues-Brasil, Deutsch, English, Espanol).

Units
Once the "Units" menu has been selected, you can change the units of the followingparameters:


- temperature (°C or °F),

- fuel consumption (l/100 km, mpg or km/l).
For safety reasons, configuration by thedriver of the multifunction screen must only be done when stationary.
Once the fuel consumption units have been set to mpg, the information in the instrument panel screen on speed and distance will also be in mph and miles.

This displays the following information:
