Coverage isfor 60months, regardless of
mileage.

Towing
Whenyourvehicle isinoperable dueto
failure ofawarranted part,towing service
to the nearest authorized Toyotadealership

Thiswarranty doesnotcover damage or
failures resulting directlyorindirectly from
any ofthe following:
•Fire, accidents ortheft
• Abuse ornegligence
• Misuse —for example, racingor
overloading
• Improper repairs
• Alteration ortampering, including
installation ofnon-Genuine Toyota
Accessories
• Lack ofor improper maintenance,
including useoffluids otherthan

•Installation ofnon-Genuine Toyota
Parts
• Airborne chemicals, treesap, road
debris (including stonechips), rail

Ifyou areusing yourvehicle outside the
United States, U.S.territories andCanada
and need warranty service,contactalocal
Toyota dealership. Pleasenote,however,
that your vehicle maynotberepaired free
of charge because thelocal Toyota
distributor mayhave noobligation to
provide warranty serviceforyour vehicle,
and/or yourvehicle maynotcomply with
local regulatory orenvironmental
requirements.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Ifyour vehicle isinoperable orunsafe to
drive andthere isno Toyota dealership
reasonably availabletomake repairs, you
may perform therepairs yourself orhave
them performed byanother automotive
service provider. Toyotawillreimburse you
for any ofthe repairs thatarecovered by
warranty. Toreceive reimbursement,
present toan authorized Toyotadealership
your paidrepair invoices andanyparts
that were removed fromthevehicle. You
will bereimbursed forwarranted partsat
the manufacturer’s suggestedretailprice
and warranted laboratageographically
appropriate hourlyratemultiplied by
Toyota’s recommended timeallowance for
the repair.
If your vehicle requires emergency repair,
Toyota assumes noliability forsubsequent
failures causedbyimproper repairsorthe
use ofnon-Genuine ToyotaPartsunless
you have thevehicle properly repairedina
timely manner. Toensure thatwarranty
coverage remainsintact,haveyourvehicle
inspected byanauthorized Toyota
dealership assoon aspossible afteran
emergency repair.
