Selecting the “With sound” switch,
select your desired sound. When your
vehicle approaches the marked point,
the sound which you chose will sound.
“Bell (with direction)”: The bell sounds
only when your vehicle approaches to the
marked point from your setting direction.
Operate the select and scroll lever of
the navigation controller, so that the di-
rection is facing to your desired direc-
tion.
Push the
“ENTER” button on the navi-
gation controller and the map screen re-
turns. (b) Editing marked points
Once a marked point is registered, you
can edit the icon, name or telephone
number.
1. Select the
“Marked points”switch.
2. Select the “Edit” switch of the
“Marked points”.

The screen lists the marked points.
Sort by “Icon”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in order of the type of
icon.
Sort by “Date”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in order of the registered
date.
Sort by “Name”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in alphabetical order.

to edit.
You can change the name, location and
phone No. of the preset destination.

“Change” switch. (See
page 86.) (c) Deleting preset destinations
1. Select the
“Marked points”switch.
2. Select the “Delete” switch of “Pre-
set dest.”.
3. Select the preset destination that
you want to delete and select the
switch.
Messages appear depending on the type
of deletion. If you want to delete, select the
“Yes” switch. To cancel the deletion, se-
lect the “No” switch.

to display the “Maintenance” screen. (a) Register dealer
You can register your dealer’s name,
staff, location and phone number.

the “Set dealer” switch on
the “Maintenance” screen.
2. Enter your dealer’s location ad-
dress in the same way as you input any
destination. (See pages 22 through 38.)
After you enter your dealer, the screen
changes and displays the map location of
the dealer. If it is OK, select the
“Enter”switch at the right of the screen.
The current screen changes to the screen
when you can edit the data of your dealer.
(See “(b) Edit dealer” on page 118.)

You can edit your dealer’s name, staff,
location and phone number if you al-
ready registered the dealer.
1. Select the
“Set dealer” switch on
the “Maintenance” screen. The “Edit
dealer” screen appears on the display.
2. Select the “Change” switch to

2. Give a command while an indicator
is shown on the screen.
If the navigation system does not respond
or the confirmation screen does not disap-
pear, please push the talk switch and try
again.
If no command is given, a beep sounds
and the indicator disappears 6 seconds
later.
If the system does not recognize your
speech, the system will respond with this
message (“System does not recognize
this command, please rephrase your com-
mand.”). Start the operation from the be-
ginning.

Microphone
It is unnecessary to speak directly into
the microphone when giving a com-
mand.
Speech command example: Searching
for a route to your home.
1. Push the talk switch.
2. Say “Go home”.
If your home is not registered, you will hear
“Home is not registered”.
