PRACTICAL INFORMATION
AUDIO PRE-EQUIPMENT
Your vehicle is equipped with certain
factory-fi tted audio equipment:
- a dual-function aerial at the rear of the roof,
- a coaxial aerial cable,
- basic interference suppression,
- cabling for speakers in the front doors and tweeters in the dash-
board,
- cabling for speakers in the rear doors
- two 8-way connectors. Fitting an audio unit
The audio unit is fi tted in place of one
of the storage boxes located below the
heating and air conditioning control
panel.
Fitting speakers
It is possible to fi t:
- 165 mm diameter speakers in the
front doors,
- 130 mm diameter speakers in the rear doors,
- 22.5 mm diameter tweeters in the top of the dashboard. Connectors

ates when the ignition is on)

Never use a separate wire to
connect the (+) of your audio
equipment (risk of discharging of
the battery).

B5: (+) Front left speaker and tweeter
B6: (-) Front left speaker and tweeter

Before installing a radio unit or
speakers in your vehicle, contact
a CITROËN dealer to obtain a
suitable wiring harness.

 Unclip the storage box on each side
using a screwdriver and pull out.
You will then have access to an aerial co-
axial cable and two 8-way connectors.
Then refer to the instructions provided
with your audio unit.

* To avoid any risk of jamming of the pedals:
- ensure that the mat is positioned and secured correctly,
- never fi t one mat on top of another.
ACCESSORIES
They are all adapted to your vehicle and
benefi t from CITROËN's recommenda-
tion and warranty.
"Comfort":
sun blinds, door defl ectors, isotherm mod-
ule, smoking kit, fragrance cartridges, front
centre armrest, moveable mirror, reading
lamp...
"Style":
leather steering wheel, gear lever knobs,
interior styling kit, aluminium footrest, al-
loy wheels, wheel trims, chrome tailgate
fi nisher, chrome tailpipe fi nisher, chrome
mirror shells, chrome door handles...
A wide range of accessories and gen-
uine parts is offered by the CITROËN
dealer network.
These accessories and parts have been
tested and approved for reliability and
safety.
Conversion kits
You can obtain an "Enterprise" kit to
convert a trade vehicle to a private car
and vice-versa.
"Transport solutions":
child seats and booster cushions, boot
tray, boot carpet, boot net, boot con-
tainers, transverse roof bars, bicycle
carrier, ski carrier, roof boxes, towbars,
wiring harnesses...
The towbar and its harness must be fi tted
by a CITROËN dealer.
"Safety":
anti-theft alarm, wheel security bolts,
stolen vehicle tracking system, breath-
alyser, fi rst aid kit, warning triangle, high
visibility safety jacket, dog guard, snow
chains, non-skid covers, foglamps kit,
parking sensors, transluscent bumper
protection strips...

"Protection":
mats * , mudfl aps, seat covers, door sill
protectors...

Depending on the country in
which the vehicle is sold, it may
be compulsory to have a high
visibility safety jacket, warning
triangle and spare bulbs avail-
able in the vehicle.
The fi tting of electrical equip-
ment or accessories which are
not recommended by CITROËN
may result in a failure of your ve-
hicle's electronic system and ex-
cessive electrical consumption.
Please note this specifi c warn-
ing. You are advised to contact
a CITROËN representative to
be shown the range of recom-
mended equipment and acces-
sories.
Installation of radio
communication transmitters
Before installing on your vehicle
any after-market radio commu-
nication transmitter with external
aerial, we recommend that you
contact a CITROËN dealer.
The CITROËN dealer net-
work will give you the specifi -
cation for transmitters which
can be fi tted (frequency, maxi-
mum power, aerial position,
specifi c installation require-
ments), in line with the Vehicle
Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive (2004/104/EC).
