FRONT SEATS
Seat consisting of a seat cushion, a seat
back and a head restraint which can all
be adjusted to adapt your position for

Raise the control bar and slide the
seat forwards or backwards.
Pull the control lever upwards to
raise or push it downwards to lower,
as many times as necessary, to ob-
tain the position required.
Push the control rearwards.

Press the control located under the
front end of the armrest to release it.
Move it to the low position.
Raise it notch by notch to reach the
desired position.
To place the armrest in the vertical posi-
tion, raise it and push it backwards be-
yond the point of resistance.

To raise the head restraint, pull it up-
wards.
To remove the head restraint, press
the lug A and pull the head restraint
upwards.
To put the head restraint back in
place, engage the head restraint
stems in the openings keeping them
in line with the seat back.
To lower the head restraint, press
the lug A and the head restraint at
the same time. T h e h e a d r e s t r a i n t i s fi t t e d w i t h a
frame with notches which prevents
it from lowering; this is a safety de-
vice in case of impact.

Never drive with the head restraints
removed; they must be in place and
adjusted correctly.

Use the adjustment dial, placed on
the side of each front seat, to switch
on and select the level of heating re-
quired:
0 : Off.
1 : Low.
2 : Medium.
3 : High.
With the engine running, the front seats
can be heated separately.

For safety reasons, a passenger
sat in the rear of the vehicle must
not place his feet on the front seat
in the table position.
Placing this seat in the table position,
with the rear benchseat also in the table
position, allows you to transport long
objects.
Push the control upwards and guide
the seat back forwards to fold it onto
the seat cushion.
To put it back in place, lift up the seat
back and guide it rearwards until it
locks in.
REAR SEATS

The seat can be adjusted to 2 different

A d j u s t i n g t h e h e a d r e s t r a i n t s
T h e 1 / 3 - 2 / 3 r e a r s e a t i s fi t t e d w i t h h e a d
restraints.
They have a high position (for comfort
and safety) and a low position (for rear
visibility).
They may be removed, as follows:
pull the head restraint upwards as
far as possible,
then, press on the lug A .
When you are carrying rear pas-
sengers, never drive with the head
restraints removed. They must be se-
cured in place in the high position. When putting back in position,
take care not to jam the seat

and the bench rear seat folded and
in the fully back position.
E n s u r e t h a t t h e fl a p s a r e c o r r e c t l y

VISIBILITY In fog or snow, the sunshine sen-
s o r m a y d e t e c t s u f fi c i e n t l i g h t .
Therefore, the lamps will not come
on automatically.
Do not cover the sunshine sen-
sor, linked with the rain sensor and
located in the centre of the wind-
screen behind the rear view mirror;
the associated functions would no
longer be controlled.
Linked with the Guide-me-home
lighting
Association with the automatic illumina-
tion of headlamps provides the guide-
me-home lighting with the following
additional options:
- automatic activation of guide-me-home
lighting when automatic illumination of
headlamps is switched on (in the ve-
hicle parameters of the multifunction
s c r e e n c o n fi g u r a t i o n m e n u ) ,
- selection of the duration of main- taining of the lighting for 15, 30 or
60 seconds in the vehicle param-
eters of the multifunction screen
c o n fi g u r a t i o n m e n u ( e x c e p t f o r
monochrome screen A where this
i s p r e s e t ) .
Operating fault In the event of a malfunction
of the sunshine sensor, the
lamps come on, this warn-
ing lamp is displayed in the
instrument panel and/or a message ap-
pears in the multifunction screen, ac-
companied by an audible signal.
Consult a CITROËN dealer.
HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT
The initial setting is position "0" .
To avoid causing a nuisance to other
road users, the height of the halogen
headlamps should be adjusted accord-
ing the load in the vehicle.
0. 1 or 2 people in the front seats.
-. Less than 5 people.
1. 5 people.
-. 5 people + maximum authorised load.
2 - 3. Driver + maximum authorised load.
