This system uses the engine start/
stop button instead of an ignition
switch to start and stop the engine. If
you are carrying the keyless access
remote, you can start the engine by
pressing the engine start/stop
button with the brake pedal
depressed. You can also stop the
engine by pushing this button when
the vehicle is stopped.The keyless access system has f our
power modes: VEHICLE OFF
(LOCK), ACCESSORY, ON, and
START.
Each time you press the engine
start/stop button without pressing
the brake pedal while carrying the
keyless access remote, the power
mode switches between VEHICLE
OFF (LOCK), ACCESSORY, and
ON.To change the power mode without
turning on the engine, press the
engine start/stop button without
pressing the brake pedal. The power
mode will be changed as shown on
the next page.
You can start the engine at any time
by pressing the engine start/stop
button, while pressing the brake
pedal, with the shift lever in Park or
neutral position.

If either f ront window runs into any
obstacle while it is closing
automatically, it will reverse
direction, and then stop. To close the
window, remove the obstacle, then
use the window switch again.
Auto reverse stops sensing when the
window is almost closed. You should
always check that all passengers and
objects are away from the window
bef ore closing it.Only on the driver’s window,
the auto reverse f unction is disabled
when you continuously pull up the
switch.
When you push the main switch in,
the indicator comes on and the
passengers’ windows cannot be
raised or lowered. Use the main
switchwhenyouhavechildreninthe
vehicle so they do not injure
themselves by operating the
windows unintentionally. To cancel
this feature, push on the switch
again. The switch will pop out and
the indicator will go of f .

push the moonroof switch f orward,
then release it. The moonroof
automatically closes all the way. To
stop the moonroof f rom closing,
push the switch briefly. To open the moonroof

Your vehicle has two accessory
power sockets. One is next to the
shif t lever. The other is in the
console compartment.
To access the f ront accessory socket,
slide the lid f orward until it latches.
To close it, push in on the lid to slide
it backward. To use an accessory power socket,
the ignition switch must be in the
ACCESSORY (I) or ON (II) position.
Models equipped with the
keyless access system have an
engine start/stop button instead
of an ignition switch.
ACCESSORY Mode is the
equivalent of ACCESSORY (I),
and ON Mode is the equivalent

Each socket is intended to supply
power f or 12 volt DC accessories
that are rated 120 watts or less (10
amps).
None of the sockets will power an
automotive type cigarette lighter
