To activate/deactivate the air conditioning system
Press on the control “CLIM” to go into the “air condition-ing” mode. Then press button “OK” or on the control to bring up the “Air Conditioning menu” on the multifunc-tion screen.
This menu allows you:To deactivate the air conditioning: “Cut aircon (A/C OFF)”.Press button “OK”, or on the control, to validate the offer to activate or deactivate the air conditioning.
The symbol “A/C OFF” displays on the multifunction screen in the case of deactivation.
Note:Your temperature adjustment value may not be ourreached and you risk having the windows misted up.You can cancel deactivation of the air conditioning, ouby pressing the control 1 “AUTO “ “”.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION
Activation
When you press button A, the automatic mode automatically and simultaneously controls the air fl ow and air distribution for the rear air conditioning.
The warning lamp on button Alights up.
It is recommended to keep both air vents open.
Deactivation
A press on any of the buttons B, C or D, deactivates the automatic operation of the rear air condition-ing.
the warning lamp on button A goes out.
Remark: If the air conditioning in the front of the cabin is stopped (function deactivated in the “Air conditioning” menu or via the con-trol 4 for adjusting the air fl ow), then the rear automatic air condi-tioning is not available.
ADJUSTING THE AIR FLOW
If you press buttons B or D you increase or decrease the fl ow for the rear air conditioning.
The number of diode(s) lit up, composing the symbol for air fl ow (helix, situated between buttons Band D) expresses its power level.
To deactivate the air fl ow and air distribution for the rear air condi-tioning, press successively on but-ton D so that all the diodes go out.
DISTRIBUTION TO FOOT-WELLS/HEADS
Successive presses on button Cwill modify the distribution of the air fl ow.
Three directions are available:Passengers' heads.
Passenger footwells.PassengerPassengers' heads and foot-wells.
The arrow lit up indicates the dis-tribution of air chosen manually. In “AUTO” mode, no arrow lights up.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE FLOW OF AIR INTO THE STORAGE UNDER THE FRONT CEN-TRAL ARMREST
If you choose a maximum fl ow of air in the rear by pressing Band distribution towards passen-ger's heads by pressing C, having closed the rear air vents, you will obtain a maximum fl ow of air into the storage beneath the armrest.

REAR HEAD RESTRAINTS
The rear head restraints have two positions:A stowed position for when the Aseat is not occupied.
A deployed position for safety of Apassengers, locking into place including for a forward-fac-ing child seat.
To lower the head retraints, press on the tab at the base.
To raise them, pull them upwards to their maximum height, pressing the unlocking button.

FOLDING BENCHSEAT
The whole or just part of the benchseat can be folded. It is necessary to remove the head restraints.
Seat cushion
Use the strap to lift the seat cushion, then rest it against the front seat back-rests. When repositioning the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckles are correctly in place.
FLAP FOR TRANSPORT OF LONG OBJECTS
A fl ap in the backrest, located to the rear of the armrest, facilitates the carrying of long objects.
Before installing any long objects, fold the interior blind and then make sure that the loads are prop-erly secured, not obstructing the movements of the gear lever.
This fl ap can be concealed by means of a foldable cover with a tab.

Seat cushion folded.
Stow the head restraints.
Press the control A located at the end of the backrest and fully tilt for-wards.
The benchseat backrest can be folded in two sections. When you reposition the backrest, make sure that it locks in place.
Your vehicle's boot can be kept isolated from the passenger com-partment.
To lock the access to the boot:1. Place the benchseat in its cor-rect position.The red warning lamp on con-trol A should no longer be vis-ible.
2. Insert the ignition key in the lock.3. Lock it.
Before moving the seats
So as to avoid damaging the seat belts by jamming them, take care to keep them to the sides of the backrest.
LOCKING/UNLOCKING OF THE ACCESS INTO THE BOOT VIA THE REAR BENCHSEATREAR CENTRAL SEAT BELT
For easier opening of the seat belt cover D, you should fi rst raise the central head restraint.
Insert the fi rst fastening C into the front left hand(black) buckle, then insert the second fastening B into the front right hand buckle.

ANGLE OF THE REAR LAT-ERAL HEAD RESTRAINTS
To alter the angle of the rear lateral head restraints, lift them then tilt them upwards.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUST-MENT OF THE FRONT PAS-SENGER'S SEAT
For more room for the rear passen-ger, it is possible for the front pas-senger's seat to be slid forwardfrom the rear seat position.
To slide the front passenger's seat forward, press on the control B at the centre of the armrest.
Remark: This control B is not active if adjustments are being made simultaneusly at the front.
The front passenger's seat will slide forward for as long as you keep control B pressed. It stops immedi-ately you release control B.
Remark: Use of the child safety deactivates button B. See “Win-dows”.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT AND ITS BACKREST
You can adjust the longitudinal position of the seat and the angleof its backrest simultaneously using the control A.
IMPORTANT
Pack Lounge seats cannot be folded.
Remark: Use of the child safety deactivates button A. See “Win-dows”.

CHILD SEATS SECURED BY MEANS OF THE VEHICLE SEAT BELT
In conformity with Directive 2000/3, the table tells you to what extent each of the seat positions in your vehicle may take a child seat that is secured by means of the vehicle seat belt and approved as “Univer-sal” as a function of the weight of the child.
Consult “User Precautions”, chapter on “Child Safety” at the end of this handbook, in order to ensure that you are installing your child in conditions of maxi-mum safety.

U: Seat position suitable for the installation of a universal rear-facing child seat and a universal forward-facing child seat position.
U (R): Seat position suitable for installation of a universal rear-facing child seat and of a forward-facing seat. The vehicle seat should be adjusted to the highest position.
(a): In the front passenger's seat position, it is imperative to deactivate the front passenger's airbag if you are installing a “rear-facing chil d seat” there. Otherwise the child risks being killed or seriously injured should the airbag deploy.
Before placing your child in the front passenger’s seat position, consult the legislation currently in force in your country on the carrying of ch ildren in this position.
L-: Only the child seats indicated may be installed in the seat position con-cerned (depending on country). See “Child seats”.
X: Position not suitable for installation of a child seat of the weight group indicated.
In the front passenger's seat position, it is imperative to deactivate the front passenger's airbag if you are installing a “rear-facing child seat” there. Otherw ise the child risks being killed or seriously injured should the airbag deploy.
