Contacteur à clé
Les positions du contacteur sont les suivantes:
ON (marche):
Placer le contacteur sur cette position pour mettre le mo-
teur en marche. Les phares et le feu arrière s’allument
quand le contacteur d’éclairage est activé.
OFF (arrêt):
Tous les circuits électriques sont coupés. La clé peut être
retirée.

Las funciones correspondientes a cada una de las
posiciones del interruptor son las siguientes:
ON:
El motor sólo se puede poner en marcha con el inte-
rruptor en esta posición; si está conectado el inte-
rruptor de cambio de luces se encienden el faro y las
luces traseras.
OFF:
Se desconectan todos los circuitos eléctricos. En
esta posición puede extraerse la llave de contacto.

starter motor will not operate properly. If this
should happen, remove the battery and re-

feux.ATTENTION:_ Ne jamais laisser les phares allumés pendant plus
d’une demi-heure après avoir coupé le moteur. La
batterie risque de se décharger au point d’empêcher
la mise en marche du moteur. Si cela devait se produi-
re, déposer et recharger la batterie. _

Parking brake
Use the parking brake when you have to start the
engine or park the machine, especially on a slope.
Apply the rear brake lever and push down the lock
plate to apply the parking brake. Squeeze the rear
brake lever to release the parking brake.
WARNING


Always set the parking brake before start-
ing the engine. The ATV could start mov-
ing unexpectedly if the parking brake is not
applied. This could cause loss of control or
a collision.


Always be sure you have released the
parking brake before you begin to ride. The
brake could overheat if you ride the ATV
without releasing the parking brake. You
could lose braking performance which
could cause an accident. You could also
wear out the brakes prematurely.

Recoil starter
Firmly grasp the handle and pull slightly until en-
gagement can be felt. Then pull forcefully, being
careful not to pull the rope all the way out.
WARNING
Put the transmission in neutral and set the
parking brake before starting the engine or the
ATV could start to move unexpectedly, which
could cause an accident.

Remove the fuel tank cap by turning it counter-
