die Schraube lösen.
Kurbelgehäuse
1. Ausbauen:
9Kurbelgehäuse (Rechts) 1
Kurbelgehäuse-Trennwerk-
zeug 2verwenden.
HINWEIS:
9Passende Schrauben 3, wie
gezeigt, bereitstellen und Werkzeug
damit befestigen.
9Die Werkzeug-Befestigungsschrau-
ben festziehen, dabei jedoch darauf
achten, daß das Werkeug parallel
zum Gehäuse angeordnet ist. Wenn
erforderlich, eine Schraube etwas
lösen, um das Werkzeug auszurich-
ten.
9Sobald Druck angelegt wird,
abwechselnd gegen die vordere
Motor-Befestigungsnabe und die
Getriebewellen schlagen.

Einen Plastikhammer verwenden
und nur gegen die Verstärkunge
des Gehäuses schlagen. Niemals
auf die Dichtungsfläche schlagen.
Auf gleichmäßige Trennung der
beiden Gehäusehälften achten.
Falls sich eine Seite nicht löst, die
Druckschraube etwas freigeben,
die Gehäusehälften ausrichten und
nochmals beginnen. Lassen sich
die Gehäusehälften nicht trennen,
auf im Gehäuse verbliebene
Schrauben und Befestigungsele-
mente achten.

des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce
qu’il s’arrête et desserrer le boulon.
Carter
1. Déposer:

Utilisez le séparateur de carter

N.B.:
9Préparez des boulons appropriés 3
comme illustré et fixez le séparateur à
l’aide de ces boulons.
9Bien serrer les boulons de fixation de
l’outil, mais s’assurer que le corps de
l’outil est parallèle au carter. Si néces-
saire, une vis peut être légèrement
dévissée pour mettre le corps de
l’outil de niveau.
9Tout en serrant le boulon central,
taper alternativement sur le bossage
de fixation avant du moteur, et les
arbres de transmission.

Utiliser un maillet en plastique, et ne
taper que sur les portions renforcées
du carter. Ne pas taper sur les plans
de joint. Travailler lentement et avec
précaution, en s’assurant que les
deux moitiés du carter se séparent
uniformément. Si elles restent collées
d’un côté, relâcher le boulon pres-
seur, rétablir le parallélisme, et
recommencer. Si le carter ne se sépa-
re pas, vérifier si on n’a pas oublié
d’enlever un boulon ou une vis. Il ne
faut surtout pas forcer.

l’utensile.
9Serrare completamente i bulloni reg-
giutensile ma assicurarsi che il corpo
dell’utensile sia parallelo al carter. Se
necessario, si può estrarre leggermen-
te una vite per livellare il corpo
dell’utensile.
9Mentre viene applicata pressione, dare
colpi leggeri alternativamente sul
mozzo di montaggio del motore ante-
riore e sugli alberi di trasmissione.

Per dare colpi leggeri sulla metà del
carter, usare un martello morbido.
Dare colpi leggeri soltanto sulle parti
rinforzate del carter. Non dare colpi
sulla superficie di accoppiamento
delle guarnizioni. Lavorare lenta-
mente e con attenzione. Assicurarsi
che le metà del carter si separino in
maniera uniforme. Se un’estremità
“rimane attaccata”, togliere pressio-
ne dalla vite di spinta, riallineare e
ricominciare. Se il carter non si sepa-
ra, controllare se è rimasta una vite o
un dispositivo di fissaggio del carter.

9Hold the connecting rod at top dead center with
one hand while turning the nut of the installing
tool with the other. Operate the installing tool
until the crankshaft bottoms against the bear-
ing.
9Before installing the crankshaft, clean the con-
tacting surface of crankcase.
9Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.

Do not use a hammer to drive in the crank-
shaft.
