Press SETUP, then select General, scroll down and select Date/Time from the menu to adjust Then use the onscreen buttons to navigate through setup and return to exit
The AC inverter supplies 115V/150W electric power to operate accessories or devices
To use the AC inverter, open the AC inverter cover and connect a plug to it
The AC inverter is ON when the vehicle is on
Multimedia USB Port*
A Use the Multimedia USB port to connect USB audio devices and smartphones
USB Charger Ports*
B USB charger ports* are located in the Center Panel, inside and on the back of the Center Console
Power Outlets
C Use the power outlets for mobile phones and other devices designed to operate on a 12V (180W max) power outlet

REMINDERS:

Using the Power Outlet (accessor y plug) and USB charger for prolonged periods of time with the Engine Star t/Stop but ton in the ACC position (Engine OFF) for prolonged period time could cause the bat ter y to discharge

Use the Sun Visor to shield from direct light through the front or side windows Slide or swing the Sun Visor out and adjust as needed
REMINDERS:
•Sun Visor may not shield from all direct light
•The Sun Visor may impair visibilit y if not adjusted properly

Be aware of the seating position when adjusting or swinging Sun Visor around to and from the front or side windows

Hood Release Lever and Latch
(Lever located near floor below Driver ’s Panel) (Latch located inside hood)
Closing the Hood:
Lower the Hood about halfway and then press down to securely lock in place
Opening the Hood:
1 Pull the Hood Release Lever A to unlatch the Hood
2 In the front of the vehicle, lift the Hood slightly, push the secondary Latch B to the left inside of the Hood’s center and lift the Hood
3 It will open by itself after it has been raised about half way
REMINDER: Open the Hood only after turning the engine off, on a flat sur face, with the gear shift in P (Park) position and set ting the parking brake

Fuel Cap / Malfunction Indicator
(Check Engine Light)
Ensure the Fuel Cap is securely tightened (one-click on the Plug-In Hybrid) to prevent the Check Engine light / Malfunction Indicator from illuminating
To open the Fuel Filler lid:
1. Hybrid - Press the right center edge of the Fuel Filler lid C
Plug-In Hybrid - Press the Fuel Filler Lid Release button D, located on Driver ’s Panel, left of Steering Wheel
2 Pull the Fuel Filler lid out to fully open and place the Fuel Cap in the holder E
3 To open the Fuel Cap, turn it counterclockwise F

Hybrid: The Fuel Filler Lid lock will unlock/open only when the unlock but ton on the Smar t Key is pressed, central door unlock but ton is pressed or the driver ’s side door is unlocked

To lock the Fuel Filler Lid, press the lock but ton on the Smar t Key or lock central door lock but ton
•
All doors and Fuel Filler Lid will automatically lock after the vehicle speed exceeds 9 mph
