DIGITAL RADIO INDICATORS
HD Radio Indicator
The indicator appears when HD Radio ison and you tune to a station broadcastingHD Radio technology.
The color of the indicator changes toindicate the system status.
Gray indicates the system is acquiring adigital station.
Orange indicates digital audio is playing.
Multicast Indicator
The multicast indicator appears if thecurrent station is broadcasting multipledigital broadcasts. The highlightednumbers indicate additional digitalchannels available.
Note:For stations that have more than oneHD multicast, the HD indicator and radiotext appears as a button. Press the buttonto cycle through all of the HD stations onthat specific frequency.

For optimal reception performance, keepthe antenna clear of snow and ice build-upand keep luggage and other material asfar away from the antenna as possible.Placing luggage over the antenna mayreduce performance. Factory-installed andaftermarket vehicle structures including,but not limited to, roof racks and soft toproofs in a partially open position couldreduce reception performance.

Hills, mountains, tall buildings, bridges,tunnels, freeway overpasses, parkinggarages, dense tree foliage andthunderstorms can interfere with yourreception.
When you pass a ground-basedbroadcast-repeating tower, a strongersignal may overtake a weaker one andcould result in the audio system muting.Your display could show an error messageto indicate the interference.

Linear Tuner
The linear tuner is displayed whenmanually selecting a channel. You canswipe left or right on the linear tunercarousel to navigate through the channellist. Tap on a channel title to listen to it.
Using Direct Tune
1.Press the channel up or down buttonto open the linear tuner screen.
2.Press Direct Tune to open the numberpad.
3.Enter the channel you prefer.

SiriusXM Favorites
While you are listening to SiriusXM, you cansave favorites by:
•Tapping the currently tuned channelor show logo on the SiriusXM audioscreen.
•Tuning to a channel or show you wantto save as a favorite. Navigate to theSiriusXM Favorites screen and pressthe Add Current button. The currentlytuned channel or show is saved as afavorite.
•Saving a radio preset. This saves thecurrently tuned SiriusXM channel orshow as a favorite

This introduces new features and providesupdates to the vehicle's software systems.Make sure to switch Automatic Updateson, set a recurring update schedule andconnect your vehicle to Wi-Fi. Updatescould take longer when not connected toWi-Fi or could not download at all. SeeConnecting the Vehicle to a Wi-FiNetwork (page 483). See Connecting theVehicle to a Wi-Fi Network (page 483).
Your vehicle may be able to receivedrivable software updates, non-drivablesoftware updates or both. Drivablesoftware updates happen during normalvehicle usage and require limited inputfrom you. You are notified on yourtouchscreen and connected device priorto a non-drivable update.
Most updates complete in less than 30minutes, although some updates couldtake up to a few hours. Check yourtouchscreen or connected device for themost accurate estimated update time.
You are notified of the status of the vehiclesoftware update in the touchscreen andon your connected device. See SoftwareUpdate Indicators (page 518).
Vehicle Software UpdateRequirements
Non-drivable software updates do notinstall if any of the following occur:
•Your vehicle is running.
•Your vehicle is switched on.
•Your vehicle is not parked.
•The 12 V battery charge is too low.
•The hazard indicators are switched on.
•The alarm is sounding.
•The doors are open.
•The parking lamps are switched on.
•You are pressing the brake pedal.
•An emergency call is in process.
•Your vehicle is in limp home mode.
Vehicle Software UpdateLimitations
Once you begin a non-drivable softwareupdate, you cannot:
•Cancel the update.
•Lock, unlock or enter your vehicleunless you have a key blade.
•You can open the doors using themechanical latch if child locks arenot on.
•Drive your vehicle.
•Start your vehicle.
•Use the remote control to lock, unlockor start your vehicle.
•Use the alarm, central locks or doortones.
•Use the electronic door locks.
•Charge your vehicle.
•Charging resumes once the updatecompletes.

Scheduling Software Updates
From the Software Updates menu:
1.Press Schedule Updates.
2.Select the days and time for updates.
3.Press Save.
The more days that updates arescheduled, the more frequently yourvehicle installs new updates. Werecommend selecting a time you normallydo not need your vehicle, such as overnight.
Some updates require your vehicle to beswitched off.
Note:The schedule you set is recurring. IfAutomatic Updates is on, every time anon-drivable update is available, it installson this schedule unless you change it. Youare notified on your touchscreen andconnected device prior to a non-drivableupdate, with an option to reschedule it.

1. Safe and Lawful Use
You acknowledge that devoting attentionto the TeleNav Software may pose a riskof injury or death to you and others insituations that otherwise require yourundivided attention, and you thereforeagree to comply with the following whenusing the TeleNav Software:
(a) observe all traffic laws and otherwisedrive safely;
(b) use your own personal judgment whiledriving. If you feel that a route suggestedby the TeleNav Software instructs you toperform an unsafe or illegal maneuver,places you in an unsafe situation, or directsyou into an area that you consider to beunsafe, do not follow such instructions;
(c) do not input destinations, or otherwisemanipulate the TeleNav Software, unlessyour vehicle is stationary and parked;
(d) do not use the TeleNav Software forany illegal, unauthorized, unintended,unsafe, hazardous, or unlawful purposes,or in any manner inconsistent with thisAgreement;
(e) arrange all GPS and wireless devicesand cables necessary for use of theTeleNav Software in a secure manner inyour vehicle so that they will not interferewith your driving and will not prevent theoperation of any safety device (such as anairbag).
You agree to indemnify and hold TeleNavharmless against all claims resulting fromany dangerous or otherwise inappropriateuse of the TeleNav Software in any movingvehicle, including as a result of your failureto comply with the directions above.
2. Account Information
You agree: (a) when registering theTeleNav Software, to provide TeleNav withtrue, accurate, current, and completeinformation about yourself, and (b) toinform TeleNav promptly of any changesto such information, and to keep it true,accurate, current and complete.
3. Software License
•Subject to your compliance with theterms of this Agreement, TeleNavhereby grants to you a personal,non-exclusive, non-transferable license(except as expressly permitted belowin connection with your permanenttransfer of the TeleNav Softwarelicense), without the right tosublicense, to use the TeleNavSoftware (in object code form only) inorder to access and use the TeleNavSoftware. This license shall terminateupon any termination or expiration ofthis Agreement. You agree that you willuse the TeleNav Software only for yourpersonal business or leisure purposes,and not to provide commercialnavigation services to other parties.
3.1 License Limitations
•(a) reverse engineer, decompile,disassemble, translate, modify, alteror otherwise change the TeleNavSoftware or any part thereof; (b)attempt to derive the source code,audio library or structure of theTeleNav Software without the priorexpress written consent of TeleNav;(c) remove from the TeleNavSoftware, or alter, any of TeleNav's orits suppliers' trademarks, trade names,logos, patent or copyright notices, orother notices or markings; (d)
