Model year 2021 vehicles with engine VIN
code BR or BK sold and registered in California,
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland,
New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island
or Vermont are classified as Transitional Zero
Emissions (TZEV) vehicles. TZEV vehicles have
a defects and performance emissions warranty
on all emissions components, except the hybrid
battery, for fifteen (15) years or 150,000 miles,
