permit any reliable conclusion about the tyre pres-
sure.

The tyre pressure values given for partly laden
ve hicles are minimum values which o.er you good
ri de comfort. They are not for trailer operation.
Yo u can also use the tyre pressure values for a fully
laden vehicle. These are alw ays allo wed and per-
missible. Ho wever, in a partially laden vehicle, the
ri de is not as comfor table and fuel consum ption is
only minimally reduced. In addition, wear is greater
in the middle of the tyre tread.
Set the cor rect tyre pressure before loading the
ve hicle. Once theve hicle is laden, check the tyre
pressures and cor rect them if necessar y.
